Fae would look to Ethan and hold her scarred hands out for him rebind with his practiced knot. She'd look away so she wouldn't have to stare at her own skin. "We can walk in a line behind each other." She'd glance over to Zeke before looking back to the ground. "Those not comfortable with the restriction can hold their hands together and walk closer to the person in front of them." The wizard decided to throw out the thought. It might be a little too late to make a suggestion but she figured it could assist with Arvel's deception.
Fae will nod to Ethan in thanks when he's done and hold her hands down in front of her while getting in line behind Arvel and Elra. Her heart would skip a beat as Tarja transforms into a spider. She'd visibly take a deep breath as she watches spider Tarja skitter forward. The captivated wizard would wonder in after Elra, her eyes following Tarja walk about the new area. And that breath she just took, was probably the last big breath of fresh air she'd have for a while.
She was so mesmerized by the spider, Fae completely didn't even think to consider the presence of the Grik they knew was going to be there. Her body would relax, thankful for the relationship Arvel and Elra built with the Goblins. It was providing them with new insight and clever tactics to achieve their goals. Fae would remain silent and observe, following her 'captors' lead.
Zeke would sheath his blade and reluctantly allow Ethan to bind his hands before falling in line behind Arvel. The tiefling would try to stay as close as he could to the front of the party, ready to shed his bindings and rush the first threat he sees once their disguise fails.
As Yeemik calls to his friends and removes the Grik from the party's path, Zeke would catch the goblin's eye and give him a curt nod of thanks and respect. He didn't trust these foul creatures, but so far Arvel and Elra had managed to make them an asset for the party and for that he was grateful. Not so grateful that he would hesitate to strike them down the moment he suspected treachery, but grateful anyway.
Ethanfinishes binding the others, making sure the knot's are free to come loose and that the two pull-lines are securely in the opposite hands for each person.
Ethan, with the help of Arvel/Spider, gets his own bindings on, ready to follow the others inside.
Outside the hole, Ethan's eye's go wide as the goblins command the large rock-like creature to leave the entry way.
Ethanfollows the others inside, finding his 6ft height not to be an asset here.
Once inside, Ethanlooks to Arvel/Spiderand waits for the group to start moving towards Grol's room.
The party makes it through the tight passage without incident and finds themselves seeing what Krikket saw upon reaching the supply room. Zeke and Fae each privately join Elra in suddenly getting a strong feeling that they've been here before, the castle is familiar or a similar notion. In particular, the large room to their right (left/west on the map), which looks like a large dining hall or something of the sort from their limited view over the rubble pile, looks familiar as rays of light from the waning sun strike through the gaps in the crumbling castle roof onto the high stone walls. Meanwhile, Tarja in her spider form catches a glimpse of movement and sees the grick settle in high on a ledge in the same adjacent, large room.
Yeemik takes 'the Spider' through the halfway open door to their east and points at another door straight again, mouthing "King Grol" silently. He then takes a few steps forward and points around the right hand corner to the south and mouths "bear owl", puffing himself up, raising his arms high to imitate the feral creature. He then slinks back to the others and whispers "we can go tell the others not to be alarmed, if you want". Fraac, Ikket and the newest member of this conpiracy, Lhupo, follow Yeemik's lead and nod.
Elra sends Vincent into his pocket dimension and looks down at the binds curiously. She follows behind Arvel and Zeke, wanting to see where Gundren was as soon as possible so she could help him. She nods and gives Yeemik the go ahead.
Krikket finds the door to Grol's tower closed and in pretty good shape, as is the wall it is built into, although hears snoring through the door. Looking through a tiny crack reveals the feet of a large bugbear up on something stone, but not much more. Flying up higher he does find a gap in the wall near the ceiling that he can squeeze through.
Arvel's sprite companion sees a large bugbear in leather armor and colorful robes lounged across a large wooden throne, his feet up on a block of stone. A large mace and a shield are leaning against King Grol's throne. Behind the throne is the displacer beast lounging on the floor and beyond it three oversized, ornate trunks against the wall. Off to King Grol's right sits the goblin priest Azzinax reading a book. Lastly there is a small, closed door to another room near Azzinax.
Arvel and Krikket see that Azzinax is wearing a different set of robes and other adornments than the body found in the spider den, but still with the same general style. Otherwise this goblin looks just as genuine as the previously discovered corpse.
King Grol is not as bulky as Klarg had been back in the cave where the party first rescued Sildar, but he seems like he might be very tall. The bugbear King raises his head from his resting position casually and says in a raspy voice that is a big higher than Klarg's "back so soon?" "I thought you were off to find your treasure? Or should I say MY treasure?"
Respar notices that the goblin priest Azzinax stays silent but looks up with curiosity and tilts his head a bit at the sight of Tarja's large spider form.
Grol continues "what gift do you have for Great King Grol now? Bring it to me."
I would have given you Advantage on Deception for looking like the Spider AND having a giant spider with you, just FYI, so because of the format I just rolled any Insight checks on the other side with Disadvantage.
Elra, having never been under the effects of a spell that would make her dazed, just tries her hardest to look completely zoned out, while silently reminding herself that the giant spider was in fact Tarja and not an actual spider.
