Back once more into the sewer tunnels, beneath the city streets, Richter leads the party down several straights, taking lefts and rights, never slowing his pace, even as he consumes each mug and moves onto the next, allowing the empty ones to clatter to the ground. The tunnels are easily large enough for an average sized individual to walk through upright, however they become tight at times for someone of Uthal's size, but never impassable.
"The Right Hand has a strong hold on the city already, but fortunately for you, you have me. The sewers can't exactly take us to every building above, but it'll at least allow us to move between the districts. And there's really only one, of any concern to us currently."
Richter stopped at a ladder leading up the the tunnel ceiling, where a few rays of sunlight shone through groves in the metal cover separating them from the streets above. He slowly ascended the ladder, and held with his head just above ground level for a few moments before climbing up and signaling the rest to follow. The ladder led to another back alley, much like the exiting of the sewers that Uthal and Ura had experienced the previous day. The alley opened to a city street only 10 feet or so, on one end, but on the other end hit a t-intersection. Richter had already moved towards the street, poking his head around a corner, and then returning. He pointed towards the intersection at the other end. "Follow the right one, until you get to the next street over. It's a relatively narrow street, but you'll need to cross it into the wagon way directly across. It's basically an alley big enough to fit a carriage down, you can't miss it. There will be some building's with large double doors. You need to enter the one with the green doors."
Richter returned to his spot at the alleyway opening, and moved his last remaining mug around in his hand. "Go now." Richter waited a few seconds before hurling the mug into the street, and there was a sound of ceramic smashing against metal. "UP YOURS, YOU UPPITY BALD VIRGINS!" These were the last words you heard from Richter, as he yelled towards the direction in which he threw the mug, bolted around the corner, into the street and out of sight.
Uthal looks after the yuan-ti and shakes his head. "No one in this city seems right in the head." He then moves off to try and find the green doors they were told to look for. He tries to act as casually as possible.

"He may be a drunk, but he's no fool. And he made it out of that dungeon of horrors less scathed than the rest of us. Let's give his plan a try,"Ura says to the others. She overtakes Uthal and beckons to the others, using her street-wise knowledge to guide the company more quickly than usual through Richter's complicated directions and towards their goal, the promised green doors.
It took only a few minutes to reach the intersection, and then by following Richter’s instructions, the opening of the right path to the next street over. And not a moment too soon, as the last of the party turns the corner, a faint voice echoes from the alleyway you all just exited “He came from this way.”
The opening leads to a narrower street than most in the city. While the entire party had travelled main streets wide enough to house rows of market stands, this road left little more room than a traffic to travel through, maybe twelve feet wide, at best. Nearly straight across the street is the carriage alley that Richter mentioned. It really wasn’t hard to miss.

Ura will try to find some shadows to slink into, secretly quite proud of her new nickname.A nickname means I'm more than just a faceless grunt! I'm on the way up!

She then also slips into the street, staying close to the buildings and looking for the green doors as noted, as well as keeping an eye out for guards.
Just north of where the party stands, but on the opposite side of the street, both Uthal and Ura can see two guards, their backs to the four of you. ((Two squares right and two up, from party, on discord map)) The voice from behind you, around the corner is closer when you hear it this time. “Do you think he was alone?”
As Ura and Uthal across the street, they reach the wide carriage way on the other side, only to hear “Hey, stop you two. Identify yourselves!”
Ura and Uthal are now on the opposite, and only a few feet from them, on the building to their south, they see a pair of double green doors.

Ura freezes, then shares a glance with Uthal. Then she stops and turns around, doing her best to smile nervously. It's not hard, because she is sweating a little on the inside... what's Uthal going to do now that they've been confronted? He's not the best of actors. Not that she's one to talk.
"Umm... hi there! We were just trying to get back... out drinking a little too much last night, and then bam, suddenly there's all this trouble in the city! Not a lot of fun to deal with when you have a few pints in you, if you know what I mean. We just want to go home... can you just let us pass by here so we won't get in any more trouble than we probably already are?"
Ura and Uthal were just off the street, when the pair of guards stopped them. One of the even seemed dim-witted enough to believe Ura’s story, but unfortunately the other had an IQ greater than his shoe size.
However, being that both had their attention on the two of you, their backs were to Anders and Anearis, unaware of their presence.
”Not likely. The town is currently on lock-down. There’s no drinkin hole near here. You wanna tell me the truth, or do we need to bother the Right Hand?”

Ura drops her head in shame. "Look. If my parents find out I'm dating a goliath, they're going to skin me alive!" She works a little of the desperation of almost actually being skinned alive last night into her voice. "Please... don't ask about the details too deeply. We don't like talking about it to others... you know... they just don't understand how love works."
Uthal wraps his arm around Ura and attempts what he thinks is a loving embrace. He's careful not to crush Ura as he thinks it might break whatever magic is being used for the disguise.

The ‘smarter’ of the two guards looks up at Uthal uncomfortably, “Uh...you two...” The guard points at the two of you, at a loss for words, though his inept and tactless partner how no problem chiming in. “But how?” Looking between the two of you and obviously implying referral to the specifics of physical size, of very particular anatomy between a male Goliath and a female Elf.
His words were quickly followed by an open-palmed smack to the back of his head, from the first guard. “Relations aside, where are the two of you coming from and where are you headed now?”
Uthal looks at the more confused guard and waggles the spaces where eyebrows would be on another humanoid. He then decides it's probably best if Ura does the talking so they don't mix their messages.

Anearis stops right at the corner. The guards haven't noticed either him or Ander yet. But they were in the way of their objective. Ura and Uthal didn't seem to be getting out of this one easily. If they could silently incapacitate them, they could move along without raising any alarm.
The elf turned to Ander and tried to convey through hand gesture that they should attempt to subdue both guards at the same time. He raises three fingers and waits to see if Ander understand the message.
Ura blushes a little and toys with the midriff-baring hem of Uthal's shirt. "Umm... we just try to meet whereever we can get away from prying eyes..." She widens her eyes at the stupider of the gawking guards, then smashes her face into Uthal's chest in a show of maidenly shyness. Ugh, he still smells like that hide armor, she thinks with a mental gag as she gets up close and personal with the goliath's body odor.
Peeking out with one eye at the guards, she waves a hand at them. "Oh my gosh, this is so embarrassing... we're really just trying to get home before anyone discovers either of us are still out." Spotting Ander and Anaeris peeking around the corner of the alley, she winces internally. "Uthric here has to get back to work soon... we were just going down that way," she says, pointing (north) down the street, to give the other two men a chance to slip by. "Can you let this go, just this once? I don't want to get him fired, and I seriously don't want to get into any trouble today. Pretty please?"
