Richter looked at Anearis, with a judgemental expression. "Have you ever heard of a hat...or a hood...or headdress...or wig...or helmet? As for Scribbles, I don't think they're actually looking for a face tattoo. His lack of situational awareness, may actually be his strength...at least in this instance."
As Ander rubs at his face, the design smears in the area his hand touched, leaving a black dry residue on his fingers as well.
The party having amassed back outside, is now lead back through the city streets and alleys. Richter winds you through, a quick pace, only actually stopping a few times, in order to peer into some narrow streets that you would all have to cross, and only a fraction of those stops also included Richter . It easily took about half an hour, and at sometimes, it was even obvious that very round about ways were taken to get between points. "You all may just want to avoid being seen altogether. Any disguise would really only be necessary within the city walls, where they're actually looking for you." Eventually though you all find yourselves no longer facing the backsides of buildings, but now facing the city wall, presumably the western wall.
"This way." Richter leads you to a metal grate in the base of the wall, which swings open. It allows entrance to a small arched tunnel, just an inch or two shorter than Richter himself. A grooved divot ran along the tunnel's center. He looks back and forth between the tunnel and Uthal. "Watch your head, Softie...and upper-half of your body." Richter ducked into the tunnel. It was a simple tunner with a single left and right turn, exiting on the other side of the wall, but within a large outdoor enclosure.
“There.” Richter points to one of the three large stables in the enclosure. “Archmeister has a pen area on the south side of that one. Just have one of the stableboys ready the horses and lead you out. It’s up to you four, from here.”
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Uthal looks around at the area, trying to see if there are any guards around. He then turns to Ura. "Alright thief. This is your expertise. Lead the way."

Ura (who after having collected her illicit goods, was actually busily flipping through her new pamphlet) looks up and says "Oh! Wait, what? Getting horses from the stables? Hardly... I mean, we're not actually stealing them this time, are we?" Tucking the pamphlet away in her back pocket, she double-checks to make sure the coast is clear:

If it looks that way, then she'll make her way as quickly as possible to the south side of building A (moving south first along the grass, then cutting west near what is possibly a southern wall?)
The pamphlet Ura was reading primarily contains stick-people drawings, each containing writing beneath them like ‘A good guard keeps his armor shiny and pretty’ and ‘Never leave your post until relieved...unless you really really have to relieve yourself.’
The east and south walls of the area are a higher and stronger built fortification, the city wall itself; while the north and west walls are only half the height and seem to be constructed purely for the sake of this enclosure. The enclosure has two main gates, one in the west that seems to lead out to the countryside, and one to the south that leads back to the city. It is likely that both have guards stationed at the gates, on the external sides, though from where you all stand, there are no guards in sight.
The building Richter had pointed out, had three doors that you can see from this angle; two on the north side of the building and one on the building’s eastern side. You can hear the occasional sound of a horse coming from the different buildings, but not much else.
Ura moves swiftly to the south, as she had planned. Instead of pressing up against the south wall, however, she keeps a bit of distance as she crosses over, keeping a wary eye on the gate to make sure no guard spots her making the crossing. She hurries over to the eastern door, then looks behind her to make sure the others are following. For this plan to work, she's pretty sure the guard pamphlet said her stick-figure self would be needing to guard something. She figures at the very least Anaeris absolutely has to walk in with the rest of them so he can sell himself as Solomon's apprentice to the stable boys inside.
Ura makes it successfully to the building, without drawing any attention to herself ((themselves if the entire party follows)). At one point you do see someone walk between the two buildings to the north, but they didn’t seem to notice, or care, about the left of you.
When you reach the building, much of the walls are large multi-panes windows. And the eastern wall door is actually cut in half, horizontally. While the bottom half is shut, the top is open. This all allows the party a wide view of the inside of the building. There is little light within, that isn’t just natural daylight spilling in through the windows, but it’s easily enough to spot a south side stall nearby, with Donovan loading boxes into a wagon.
Uthal follows along with the others, trying to do what Ura does but not being particularly quiet in his metal armour. Eventually he gives up and decides to just walk around like he belongs in the area.

Donovan stopped lifting a crate and looking around quickly, unaware of where the mysterious voice was coming from. After longer than it should have taken for any individual to identify the voice’s origin, Donovan saw the bunch of you standing outside the door. “Oh!” His face beamed with excitement, as he hastened over to you.
“The wagon is almost loaded for your journey. These crates are surprisingly light, but the Archmeister trusted me to load them.” He leaned over the half door and pointed to the building immediately to the north. “The horses should be in that stable. You’ll just need to have one of the stable boys hook them up to the wagon.” He looked back at the party, a large smile on his face, as though extremely proud of himself.
Ura sighs, fingering the pamphlet in her pocket longingly. "Let me guess... that's going to be my job too, right?"she says with a roll of her eyes. "Whatever. You guys get the wagon prepped, I'll go see about the stable boys."
Ura sets off at a trot for the building Donovan pointed out, not dawdling but certainly slow enough for anyone who wanted to come along to follow. When she reaches the building, she raps her knuckles against the stable doorframe loudly. "Hello? Anyone here? Master Solomon's apprentice has arrived and is ready to begin his journey. We're going to need the horses to be hooked up to the wagon soon!"
The north building possessed a somewhat different construction, though made of the same materials, from the one housing the wagon. The window panes were far and few between, and the walls seemed to consist primarily of a series of locked latch doors. Again there was a cut door, however both parts were opened.
A few minutes after Ura knocked, a young human male, with fair skin and blond hair, poked his head around, a wooden beam that stood a few feet inside from the door frame.
Ura raises an eyebrow at the human. "What do you mean 'which horses?' The best ones, of course! I don't see why Archmeister Sinclair would demand anything less for his beloved apprentice and the cargo he's bearing. Bring them over there quickly, we're already running a bit late," she tells the human, pointing at the southern building. "You can't miss us."
The head of the stable boy previously conversing with Ura turns. “Some elf. She says she’s the Archmeister’s beloved apprentice. Doesn’t look like much of one though.”
Another head pops around the wooden pillar on the other side of the door, before stepping out into full view. It’s another young white skinned male human. Wearing the same green tunic, that you partially see on the other boy. This one is slightly taller, with reddish orange hair and freckles. “You don’t look like a trader’s apprentice. And the Archmeister only has three horses. What do you mean the best ones?” The boy eyes Ura suspiciously.
„Are you daft?“ Ura asks in completely honest incredulity. „Why would he send the main event to fetch the horses? I‘m the hired help, just like you guys! Of course I don‘t look like a damn trader‘s apprentice! I don‘t get paid like a trader either,“ she grumbles sullenly. „Now are you going to bring the horses over or do I have to get Solomon‘s golden boy to tell you himself?“. She crosses her arms and taps her foot impatiently.
Anearis walks up to Ura and the stable boys. He tries to muster as much confidence as he can to play his part. This is their only chance to leave the city. Best not to blow it.
"This one is part of my hired escort. Now, I must insist that we get the wagon ready for departure. We have a timetable to respect. Master Solomon made it very clear that we leave as soon as possible."
Richter looked at Anearis, with a judgemental expression. "Have you ever heard of a hat...or a hood...or headdress...or wig...or helmet? He was so close. The western gate, his goal. All he had to do was play the part of Solomon’s associate like he had yesterday.

Ura internally grits her teeth as she makes a deferential bow to Anaeris. „So sorry sir, the stableboys were giving me trouble...“
Uthal looks over the cart for a second and then begins to scan the area, trying to see if anyone is watching them.
