Big 'Un will make his way to his friends on the shore and say: "Some good news...the little one has started a fire and I have been gathering fuel for it. Well....what have you found.....chests and barrels? A good sign. Do we want to try to open them here or take them back to camp?"
If we decide to try and open here...Big'Un will try a chest - strength check: 18
"Mark." I say, nodding. "A good name. I guess I can be... Talon?"
"I might have been a performer, an entertainer of some kind... Here, I found these things. Anything look familiar? They seem to have belonged to someone your size."
You find an oilskin bag that seems to have largely been proof against the ocean, and open it to find someones personal effects. There is a deck of cards, an intricately carved stick the length of your forearm, some dark clothes that are too big for you, more on the scale of your savior, and a rolled pouch that contains a bunch of fiddly looking little tools, a file, a little mirror, some scissors and some pliers. Very little idea what someone might use them for.

Hearing Talon's voice wakes him from his reverie. I look up and smile. "Talon....I like it. And a performer you say? That may come in handy to at least pass the time." As I look up, I notice the amount of the ship that has been torn away, slightly confused. "Did you help me move this?" I wave generally to the hull, and then point over to the lockboxes. "It also appears there are some locked trunks over there, if we can manage to get into them."
Shaking my head some, I sift through the items in the bag, picking them up and turning the stick and tools over in my hands.

The Human starts rolling a barrel back to camp, but pushing a loaded barrel across sand is a tough go, and multiple breaks are required. Your arms and legs just aren't built for exertion like this.
Big 'Un gets in on the chest smashing after a demonstration of his fire summoning, but slamming a big rock down on a chest, staving in the top of it. Inside are assorted small jars and containers, packed in wood shavings, a few of which get shattered with the opening of the chest, revealing the aroma of assorted pungent spices.
--------------------
While Talon looks at a stick in confusion, Mark is fairly sure the chest isn't trapped, but realizes he has no aptitude with the tools after a minute or two of jiggling them about in the lock.

Talon has a go with the picks, and through sheer luck, manages to hit it just right, and the catch pops open. Huh... that was pretty easy, though you aren't sure if you could do it again on the other locker. You have a strange certainty that if you were to hum the right notes, you'd be able to open the second one via other, more spectacular means. ((You know the spell knock , and have had a Memory Die returned to you.))
Inside the large locker are assorted sets of metal armor, oiled and packed away. Many of them have a gold emblem with a black bird flying on it, though it seems to be a mundane type bird, and not a bird person with arms, legs and wings. Some is of solid pieces of metal, others are made of little rings all joined together. It seems like it would be unpleasant to fly with.
Mark has a look at the stick, and fairly quickly concludes that it is a wand, a focus that certain casters can utilize to aid them in the casting of their spells, though after waving it about and shouting some good sounding magic words to no result, he concludes that he must reject the hypothesis that he is able channel any magical force through it.
The scent of herbs and spices wafts to The Human, and jolts him back through sense memory... a cave, with bundles of herbs hung to dry, the scent of them being crushed, steeped and brewed, combined with other ingredients...
The wind shifts, and the memory is dispersed as well, but you feel like you have some familiarity with putting some of these items to use.
((You have proficiency with the herbalism kit.))
Big 'Un hefts the chest to his shoulder and wanders back to camp. ((I'm gonna say you don't need a roll for that... which is a good thing.))
Blue sits and has a think for ten minutes or so, and can only recall faint glimpses of other blue faces, so it must be normal, wherever he's from. It's only as he pulls himself from his reverie that he realizes that he had been holding his breath for the last ten minutes.
I think it will take a bit longer before it happens, but make sure to let me know if a Memory Die gets you something you already got from it! I was highlighting things as you learned them in the pdfs, but the app on my phone is a way more convenient place to keep your characters, but doesn't have an easy way to annotate it.
