OOC: So, let me make sure I understand the plan. I want to be sure I got everything before proceeding.
Ang disguises Bleep, who speaks the Goblin language, to look like a Batiri Goblin by ways of a disguise kit. Let's call this a performance roll with tool proficiency added.
Omen flies over the entire town, at a safe vertical distance, to gather visual intelligence.
Party infiltrates the town stealthily through the Mining District's portion of the wall they have been using, finds a place for Stabby-Blip to hide, then separates into at least two teams.
The idea of rallying the townsfolk to the party's side is not being executed.
If step 6 fails, Saros may just put guards to Sleep or Team A infiltrates the Manor's courtyard by force.
Team B, which includes Bleep, will persuade the goblins to ransack the manor once the path is open.
Two sets of enemies fight it out.
...
Profit.
Is this right? If so, I'll need some rolls as indicated above, at least for the steps you are ready to take.
IN-GAME
The group makes its way to the portion of the wall they have been using to go in and out of town in a surreptitious manner. Before they start jumping/climbing/helping others with rope, the party can already hear some noises from the other side of the wall. Hours have passed and the Mining District is no longer empty.
Saros won't be using Disguise Self immediately, he will wait to see what the lay of the land is at the manor walls (whilst being out of sight) before assuming that guise.

"Bubbles the Barbarian" (Locathah - Lvl 9) - Locathah Rising; Shai'ere Delatete (Githyanki Monk - Lvl 9) Rrakkma (deceased - MindFlayer); Saros Rockfoot (Deep Gnome Diviner - Lvl 5) - The Lost Kenku & One Grung Above; Tagret (Goliath Barbarian - Lvl 2) - Tales of Faerun;
Seeing as Saros hadn't picked up on her look, Khan facepalms lightly and shakes her head, before then finally saying, "Nevermind. Khan checks." Then following her own executive order, she began trying to quietly climb up the wall just far enough to peek her head at eye level over it. If she can recall any guard towers/platform's in the area to avoid during the process, she tries to at least start from a point that wouldn't at least arouse immediate notice.
If undetected, her eyes flit about in their sockets as she tries to get a quick read on the density, activities, and perhaps even the condition of the presumed miners on the otherside, before then scaling back down to relay things to the others.
(@MB: Because you are also putting on common clothes, I'll give you advantage on that performance check. Your final roll is thus a 13.)
Before reaching the wall, Ghee makes sure to change his clothes and apply some colorful minerals to his face and hands. Jointly with white facial hair and a hood, Ghee is fairly convinced he can pass for an old townsperson, especially in the eyes of jungle-dwelling goblins, as long as they don't look too closely.
Ang and Bleep do something similar, but have to go above and beyond Ghee's average-quality job. Unlike the dwarf, the grung duo is trying to make Bleep look like he belongs to a totally different race, an one of the enemy in that. Thankfully, Ang has plenty of experience with the necessary tools, and with Bleep's added feedback, they achieve a good enough result. Some feathers, plenty of body-paint, and a few beads really bring the outfit together in the end. If they only had one of those Batiri battle masks, the disguise would be perfect. (OOC: Bleep is disguised, Ang is not.)
Also before arrival, Khan and Ghee lead a quick discussion on an agreed upon signal for the team. With all three grungs capable of playing their unique-sounding whistle-stick instruments, they land on that as their obvious choice.
At the wall, the party begins by doing some reconnaissance. Omen takes it to the sky and flies far above the town. He takes several minutes to make his rounds and try to gather information his master would like to know. Every now and then, Saros looks through the bird's eye to get a direct look at the town from up high. Meanwhile, Khan easily climbs up the wall and takes a look over the Mining District herself. Among the three of them, these are the pieces of intel the group collects:
There are about a dozen goblins moving about the Mining District, but no civilians. They are fairly spread out and have collected a large amount of gold ore and gems. Some of it is being carried away and you can only assume a lot more has already been taken somewhere else. They are also taking anything that could be useful or has value: mining tools, carts, cages with and without canaries inside, wooden planks, nails, lanterns, etc. There are a few storage shacks that could be used as a hiding place for Stabby-Blip, but there is no guarantee the goblins wouldn't search inside for more valuables. Some goblins are going in and out of the mine itself, so it is fair to assume there are more goblins in there.
The Commercial District is completely ransacked, including the tavern (The Bucket's Bottom), the general goods store (Balick's Goods), and the butcher's shop (Nard's Meat Shop). Several bodies can be found on the ground, including some goblins. You recognize one of the bodies lying on the street as that of the huntress Nard herself. Although you can't exactly look inside the shops/tavern, you reckon there is a good chance more bodies can be found inside. Several goblins still walk about.
The Residential District looks like a slaughterhouse. The entire area's muddy ground has taken a reddish tint, and fires are still burning. Again, some goblins are among the dead, but most of them were living townsfolk mere hours ago. You see peasants of all ages, genders, and races lying still on the blood-tinged mud. A few guards can also be found among the dead. The goblins have seemingly raided the homes and taken plenty of belongings, including livestock. There are still quite a few goblins here too, and a number of villagers are being kept in a pen, as prisoners.
The Manor's perimeter has not been breached. Many dead goblins can be found in the moat, on the bridge, and just outside the gate. A dead ogre can also be found among them. There is smoke coming from a wooded area just to the side of the estate, but Omen cannot pick on any more details since he is keeping his distance. Within the courtyard, many guards have barricaded the gate and stay in complete awareness of their surroundings. Neither the wizard or the apprentice are outside, but those jaguar-serpent hybrids certainly are.
(OOC: I take it that the collected intel will help shape your actions regarding this step of the plan. For now, I have stealth rolls for Bleep and for Khan. Is anyone else infiltrating stealthily? Is anyone infiltrating all-guns-blazing? Are you speaking to the goblins in this area? What are you doing with Stabby-Blip once he is over the wall? I need decision and accompanying rolls. :) )
(@Drache: Hold on to that Nat20. We'll get to it if/when we get to step 8.)
Unless Ang is able to make a sedative for the stabby Grung, even if only a mild one, Khan refrained from letting the Grung leave her person, increased difficulties be damned. But, if B'leep intends to start his ruse with the mining goblins, and can perhaps find out and relay any details about a shake raided and to remain unused by the goblins before her group have to move on....
Well, that much was unlikely to be. But it's a hope she held on to while her group (Manor group) were yet with goblin group until they naturally moved on to the next area, finding some opening from the shadows to proceed as plan. And if it came to it, she resolved herself to fight from afar as much as possible.

When you realize you're doing too much: Signature.
Knowing grung physiology and herb manipulation quite well, Ang quickly prepares a serving of sleeping powder and blows it on Blip's face. She reckons they have about 5 minutes, at most, before the stabby one falls completely asleep. (OOC: This only works on grung, we'll say.)
With that, Ang, Bleep, and Khan let it be known that they are ready to infiltrate, with a tied up Blip on tow for now. Saros expresses his desire to go along with them but needs a few extra seconds for final preparations.
As for the dwarves, Ghee is made-up and ready to pass for a common villager if needed. Darrik says he'd rather stay back for now, but Ghee tries to convince him that he can also pass for a dwarf from the village.
(@Ghee: There are no civilians in the Mining District, through which the group is infiltrating. What are you planning to do? Stealth your way through, lie your way through, act like a lost prisoner, or something else?)
(@Darrik: Will you stay just outside town and try to rush in if you hear a commotion? Or will you follow Ghee's lead with a stealth, deception, or performance roll?)
(@Bleep: By the way, your face is obviously not one of a goblin, regardless of how much make up you have on. You probably want to either remedy that or not get too close to the goblins.)

All but Darrik climb over the wall and make their way into the Mining District. The group is now effectively split into three groups:
With the help of his magical gloves, Darrik climbs the wall just enough for him to keep an eye on the situation. Should things go south, he remains ready to rush in.
Bleep advances on his own, well-disguised as a Batiri goblin. There are no fallen goblins in this district as no fight took place here, but some of the invaders have removed their battle masks since the fight concluded. Bleep finds one such mask and completes his disguise away from prying eyes. The goblins seems to be ignoring Bleep for now.
Khan, Ang, Ghee, and Saros follow from afar, either in the shadows or on the top of some of the structures that pepper the area just outside the mine. They keep as quiet as possible and, for the most part, are successful in not drawing the goblin's attention. That is, until Omen comes flying back down to land on his master's shoulder, somewhat by surprise.
Two goblins pick up on the sudden appearance of this non-native bird, and begin to walk in that direction to investigate. They manage to spot Saros, and one of them turns to the other and says a sentence in the Goblin language (Bleep and Ghee understand it):
"Look! A villager hiding over there. Let's take him to the pen."
They seem confident in their walk. They do not approach aggressively but have mean-looking curved blades and stone-spears in their possession. They also wear scraps of armor, and random items dangle from their shoulders and hips for added protection. Khan, Ang, Ghee, and Bleep are all considered hidden from these two goblins' perspectives.
(@Grimnir: If Ang wants a mask, please roll a sleight of hand check to see if you can find and take one lying about without being noticed.)
