As Katharine opens the door she sees a room with two simple-looking beds and a small wooden table in the corner. After taking a moment she sees that there is not much in here. However, before Katharine can close the door, or turn away from the room, two pale figures suddenly appear in the room. The two figures are transparent and are dressed in old clothing, revealing their nature as ghosts.
One ghost is of a young woman with big round eyes, with golden locks that fall down and around her face. She black dress that falls down past her knees, with a white apron over the top. The other ghost is dressed in a similar manner, which must be the uniform of a servant. However, she looks older than the first ghost and instead has shorter brunette hair.
The first ghost steps forward to address Katharine,
"My name is Vera. I was once the head servant in this tower. I know what you seek and how to find it. But before I share this information with you you must answer my riddle. There are three other ghosts here with me. One in here with me, Cathy, and two behind you, Alicia and Beatrice."
If anyone turns to look at the space behind Katharine, they will see two other ghosts now standing behind her. One ghost is barely a child, with long black hair, and the other ghost has long red hair and is slightly older.
"Their names are Alicia, Beatrice, and Cathy. One of the ghosts is a knight, one is a knave, and one is a spy. The knight always tells the truth, the knave always lies, and the spy can either lie or tell the truth.
Who is the knight, who is the knave, and who is the spy?"
"Well as the knight cannot lie, Cathy cannot be the knight, as she is either the spy or she has lied. Also Beatrice cannot be the knight, as she has said Alicia is the knight, which is either true or false, no matter, as both options means she cannot be the knight." He then turns to Alicia. "You are the knight."
"As Alicia has stated Cathy is the knave, and Alicia cannot lie, this means that Cathy is the knave, and Beatrice the spy."
Best listens "I agree with Cade but his explanation is hard to follow. We know that the knight always tells the truth so the knight can't be Cathy who says she is the spy and it can't be Beatrice who says that Alicia is the knight. If either of them were the knight they wouldn't have said those things. This makes Alicia the knight and, since the knight always tells the truth then Cathy must be the knave, as Alicia says, and Beatrice the spy, the only thing left."
Best realizes that he said almost the same thing as Cade "Sorry Cade, I guess our explanations were not that different. I guess it just sounded better coming out of my mouth. Funny how that is sometimes." Best turns to the ghost. "So do we have the right answers?"
Vera smiles, "That is the correct answer. To get past the lock on that door you need to utter the command 'Sam Tsirhc'. Behind that door is the way to the possessions that you seek."
(What door did she indicate? the one in the closet or the one we have not checked yet? I thought there were three doors in the chamber when we entered.)
Upon Best uttering the command "Sam Tsirhc" the sigil on the door, in the closet, fades away. Upon opening the door, you see a small extension behind. This section of the closet is mostly empty, except for the trap door in the floor.

Katharine shrugs her shoulders, "Well, I can teleport. But I can only take one of you with me, and I would rather we did not split up. Again." She shoots a look at Cade.
"Besides it is risky if you have not been there before. I could end up trying to teleport into a wall."
Nephris studies the trap door and sees no auras of magic emanating from its wooden surface. Evidently, Dresden believed that no one would get past the first door.

"In my defense I was trying to find a way to unlock the gate for us." Cade says at the mention of splitting up before. "I'll try to keep from doing something like that again though, as facing the wizard alone is not fun, I tell you."
Nephris pats Cade on the shoulder, "Well at least you survived to tell the tale... and maybe give us some insight as to what we're fighting when we get there." He then moves over to help Best open the trap door and offer a hand to anyone that wishes to go down first.
Best opens the trap door and peers down through the opening. A ladder leads down into the level below the tower. Apart from the the bare walls, and one barred door, not much else can be seen.
Then suddenly from the dark depths of the dungeons, a chorus of children's voices can be heard rising up, "Help us!" Small hands begin to reach through the visible bared door .

Cade immediately starts to fly downward, but pauses, realizing that would be rushing off on his own again. He waits for the others, flying down the chute as they climb down the latter.

The ghost with black then speaks up,
"My name is Alicia, but Cathy is the knave."
The last ghost then speaks as well,
"My name is Beatrice, but Alicia is the knight."

Lot's of stuff ...
Katharine shakes her head, "More riddles. I am fed up with all of the riddles. I want to fight something else. Why can't we just fight our way down?"
She sighs, "I will go with whatever you say."
Best realizes that he said almost the same thing as Cade "Sorry Cade, I guess our explanations were not that different. I guess it just sounded better coming out of my mouth. Funny how that is sometimes." Best turns to the ghost. "So do we have the right answers?"

(OOC - my guess is the one with the sigil marking it that we found first.)
Best walks up to 'THE' door and says "Sam Tsirhc"

Best looks at the others "So many mazes to walk through." He walks over to examine the trap door and tries to open it.
Lot's of stuff ...
"Seems so." Cade agrees, swirling in towards the trap door as well.
Katharine shrugs her shoulders, "Well, I can teleport. But I can only take one of you with me, and I would rather we did not split up. Again." She shoots a look at Cade.

(DM Question - does Nephris see any sigils on the trap door with his detect magic?)
