Talion hands a potion to Sho then as the creature vomits, he gasps, "It's vomiting on Onyx...a long line of vomit. Ugh."
Since the creature stops only a few paces from its refuge he decides to make an attack. He then moves to get a clear line of sight and launches a bolt of arcane energy at it, then -- if he had to move -- retreats back into the reliquary, allowing anyone else who might want to attack some space.
(( Note: (1) If he has a clear line of sight even with Bert in C6, then he wont move before attacking, and will remain where he is. (2) If he has to move, and Sho is in C5, then the second part of movement is C7-B7 ))
You don't need to move you're in range and Bert being there gives a +2 to Lorghoth's AC, which is irrelevant in this case. It's a hit! You blast hits the mound of flesh causing it to sizzle and crack, but as your necrotic energies wash over it, you notice it knits some of the skin together and doesn't do any damage! So Talion stays there and doesn't move up the stairs?
As Talion blast screams through the water room and hits Lorghoth, a large chunk of rock and dirt crashes down at H9, C3, B7, N11 and 12, and I10...
Talion looks nervously at the roof, "This place is collapsing! Onyx...everyone, get out of there...forget the plan!" he shouts and runs to the stairs.
Talion runs to the stairs, eventually passing Sho a healing potion. There are several of you now at the stairs, Bertolt still near the portcullis and Onyx is still in the water room, blind past 10 feet... You all sense something is really happening upstairs, the rumbling is near constant; you get the sense the cult and house is angry at being denied their spoils...
Erven will be up next......then Sho, Onyx, and Bertolt........is the plan to run?
((I think so. Onyx would take the crumbling of the House as a sign that they have disrupted the curse. By denying the ritual and wounding Lhorgoth, he's getting the sense that they have undermined a house of cards that relied on fear and despair. Letting the house collapse on Lhorgoth, he thinks, would be just as effective as dropping the portcullis.))

Another medical problem. Indefinite hiatus. Sorry, all.
Erven slings his bow over his back and dashes up the stairs, as far as he can go. When he gets a chance he will pull out his shield. He abandons his attack on the Thing and the trap idea, running toward the exit.
Onyx reels from the filth and decay and rot, the disgusting meat slurry that coats his head and shoulders, the vile bile stinging his eyes and nose. But he recovers, and as he begins wiping his face clear, he senses his surroundings - rough impressions of the catacombs, the walls, the floors, the roaring presence of Lhorgoth beyond. The evil here was angry - they had done something right, clearly, and as the smell of burning flesh and hair continues to mix with the rot, Onyx feels good about their chances.
The house was coming down, the others were bolting. For the briefest moment, Onyx hesitates - they were close. But there was nothing they could do to Lhorgoth that could not be done by 40 tons of metal, wood, and brick crashing down on the abomination. The root of the evil had been denied, wounded, and stymied. There was no need to die here.
Onyx will turn and follow the others, moving a little slower on account of his limited vision.

Alrighty then. Everyone except Onyx can get up to the 1st basement level - unless anyone else wants to do anything? Talion - are you bringing the portcullis down? Or waiting for Lorghoth?
I’ll update in a bit since my team is on the brink of elimination from the finals (hockey).
Can you all roll me a new initiative please..... :)
Talion waits until he can see Onyx, "Tell me when" he says.
He brings the portcullis down on Onyx's command and gives a manly nod to the warrior before turning and running up the stairs.
((@DM: Talion can't bring the portcullis down, no action left. No point in waiting, he just watches at the base of the stairs to make sure Onyx is clear))
Talion, as last man standing with Onyx stumbling out of the water room, you hear what could only be Lorghoth sloshing through the room to the south. The waves begin to crash up the ramp. Lorghoth uses its movement to get as close as it can, blinded by the rage of losing its precious gifts to know any better. You hear grunting sounds alternating with muffled sounds of bones being displaced and dislocated - you realize it's coming down the narrow passage with great difficulty. It screams nonsensically in the darkness...It uses its action to spew forth another stream of acidic ichor in anger and frustration. It flings 15 feet to the north, covering D, C, and B 6 and splashing on the ground. No one is in range for it to target.
It seems like that's as far as its going. It is officially covering squares E6 and F6...
Erven shouts back as he goes, drawing his rapier out, “Going to the trap door, running up to the wolf room and then out the front door, ok?” He feels that is the shortest route and looks to see if the house is still crumbling, shaking.
(If I am incorrect about that being the shortest route please let me know. Trying to remember maps).
Erven looks around for Lucky Bear and calls to her as he’s running. “C’mon girl, this place is coming down around us. I’m going to get you out of here!” Hopefully she is chasing his heels.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.
IF Talion still has contact with his Mage Hand, he closes the portcullis then runs. Otherwise, he just runs.
He is trying to keep up with, but behind, Sho.
Talion smiles in glee as he clenches his hand, making a flipping up motion, releasing the catch holding the portcullis. A squishy, fleshy sound erupts from that small hallway leading to the water room, as loud, piercing screams mix with the sound of rocks and debris coming down as parts of the roof come crashing down in the reliquary room...dust flies up into the rank air...You make your way upstairs...
You all find yourself at the marked position below...I am assuming you all run to the trap door...
You beeline for the trap door up to the wolves den. However, taking the shortest route isn't possible, as you look down into a huge hole that looks down into the water room - you can see the altar below you! Instead you must go south, dodging falling pieces of rock and coughing through the dust.
@all make a dexterity save please (acrobatics or athletics). DC12 or take 1 bludgeoning damage from falling rocks as you make your way to the fun-happy room...I am guessing you don't stay in the fun-happy room (lol). As you pass the statue and the wolf, they both seem to smile broadly at you...
[before I move on, is there anything else you'd like to do? It will take you about 30 seconds or so to get to the trapdoor and head upstairs].

Sho may or may not drink his potion depending on whether if we can bring down the portcullis. Pending.Initiative: 8
Healing potion: 7
Erven at this point (between initiative) has his shield out. He comes up the stairs looking for smoke, ghouls.
Erven : 16
