Varlan, I do not have SCoC, what feature is that? The second roll is a 9.
I am going to say no to the flanking, I never use it, it does allow for more tactical combats, but I don't think its needed, and then you add the fact that we are online and some time we do ToM.
Both of Varlan's attacks do hit, and the monster lets out a group of ari bubbles from each mouth.
Jecob's second attack hits hard at the same time as Varlan's second strike.
Kuatho's spear attacks miss as the monster reals in pain, but his last attack hits, and hard.
The beast regained its breath weapon, the eel's mouth opens and sends out more lightning, Jecob and Mist I need a dex save DC 15 or 35 Lightning damage, 17 on a success, (we now need 2 dex saves fro Mist).
The Dolphin head will try and ram the new treat, Dirty 20 to hit, and 13 bludgioning damage. The Shark head will bit at Jecob 16 to hit, and 10 slashing damage.
Kraven smiles that one of the creatures is down, yelling out to his companions, "One creature dead, focus on eel head, stop it from breathing on anyone else!" as he swims closer to the next creature still staying about 20' above it. Aiming at the eel head he lets his daggers fly from his outstretched hand, the glowing purple psychic daggers slam into the top of the creatures head.
(( @DM: I should have said: if the creature that was hit by Varlan tries to attack anyone but Varlan, its attacks are at disadvantage; the feature that causes the reroll is a spell: silvery barbs))

Kuatho's first strike misses but allows him to build power in his next strike, which kills the monster, a final strike on the dead monster before healing himself.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kraven will swim over to Mist and force some seawater down his throat hopefully bringing him back to conciseness, trying to remember if Mist had used his ability today.

While he does not understand the strange ... creature's ... motivations, he had to grudgingly admire any leader who was willing to run to the front lines.

You are able to pull one of the eel's tooth, I will say you can infuse a weapon you can add 1d4 lightning damage, you can only do this to one weapon, and can not add it to your current weapon until you take a long rest. Are we taking any kind of rest?

"Bollocks... I was tryin' t'stay behind the one w'all the armor! Fat lot o' good that did me, eh?"
He sighs dramatically. "I s'pose some o' yis'll want t'stop and catch your breath for a bit. That'll probably be good. Can't use any o' yis if you're not at your best. What say we sit a spell and let Kuatho here rest up for what's t'come?"
(I wouldn't mind blowing a couple hit dice if the rest are ok with it.)
KRaven motions Varlan over to the cave that one of the creatures came out of and points inside. "Might be best to rest here, as long as empty. Will go check." Kraven will then slowly neter the cave moving along the top of it looking for any signs of life.
(If Kraven is scouting ahead of the rest of the group, Jecob will make sure he stays within eyesight.
Had a different campaign where the group split up during a day when I was away from the computer, and it went disastrously.)
