Eider will move to I8 and cast Hypnotic Pattern to affect the shown area. DC 17 Wis Save (He is no longer invisible.)
Eider pulls out a lightning bug and chants quickly, remembering home. During the end of harvest season. About how beautiful the sky would look dyed light blues and greens. Feel the power of the spell build he releases the magic energy bathing 1/4 of the arena fully in his own personal Aurora Borealis.

(In my defense, I got REALLY lucky. Not that I'm a good sorcerer. Also as noted earlier, darkness is treated as dim light for folk with D-Vision. So without the skulker feat, even we are still affected.)

Unfortunately Gordon won't be able to reach. Gell is 70 feet away.
Also, there are a number of restrictions on dual wielding per the player's handbook.
Two-Weapon Fighting:
When you take the Attack action and attack with a light melee weapon that you're holding in one hand, you can use a bonus action to attack with a different light melee weapon that you're holding in the other hand. You don't add your ability modifier to the damage of the bonus attack, unless that modifier is negative.
If either weapon has the thrown property, you can throw the weapon, instead of making a melee attack with it.
Note: a scimitar is not light. This requirement can be negated with the appropriate Feat. As a Variant Human you may take this feat at level-1 instead of the feat you chose, and I will let you make that change now or before your next battle if you wish.
Dual Wielder:
You master fighting with two weapons, gaining the following benefits:
You gain a +1 bonus to AC while you are wielding a separate melee weapon in each hand.
You can use two-weapon fighting even when the one-handed melee weapons you are wielding aren't light.
You can draw or stow two one-handed weapons when you would normally be able to draw or stow only one.
This still does not allow your strength modifier to apply to your Bonus Action Attack. In order to gain that bonus damage you would need the appropriate Fighting Style, which is available to you at level-2
Two-weapon Fighting Style:
When you engage in two-weapon fighting, you can add your ability modifier to the damage of the second attack.
Finally, your Crimson Rite only applies to one weapon. If you wish to use two weapons you'll need to use the feature and suffer its penalty once for each weapon.

Oof! I am so sorry! I remember putting Dual Wielder and I thought I could use the HP from Tough more! I'll switch it after this battle! My fault, man!
Also with the Crimson Rite, I can use a bonus action to ignite one sword at a time, and take the HP loss according to my level. In my first post where I set up, I activated both swords and subtracted 2 HP (1 HP per sword) from Gordon.
(I think he did do both. I also thought that scimitars are light? He also didn't apply his mod to the second attack. And finally, I technically shouldn't have been able to spot Gell then, so how do we resolve that?)

(So it is light. Who knew? I mean other than Og. He Rolled a 1 on that damage die, so the 4 was 1+3 which is the strength modifier.
Even with the disadvantage you detect Gell's location (not by sight) though he remained hidden. Upon casting his spell he was no longer hidden, and he would need to use an action to hide again.
Nothing to resolve. If he were still hidden I'd have you roll the attack again for disadvantage.)

Gell's Magic splits off hitting Gordon out in the back and Zevryl right up in the front.
Zevryl waivers and falls.
Ogguimash feels dim witted next to Gell's masterful insults.

Zevryl runs back behind the trees and uses his potion: 6NVM Zevryl is down.
"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
He failed the Frostbite save so it should have had disadvantage to hit.never mind it says weapon attack.((Tfw you forget that there is a Dodge action lol. Oh well. Gordon takes 9 damage, correct?))
Gordon, is going to charge at L on 7L (if he can get there).
If he can, he is going to attack twice with his scimitars.
Attack: 18 Damage: 9 plus an additional 1 lightning damage.
Attack: 11 Damage: 2 plus an additional 3 lightning damage.
If he can't, he is going to take the Dodge behind a tree.
