These modrons should not be anything like normal modrons, though... like, they have free wills and stuff. And how should the different ranks (monodrone, duodrone, tridrone, quadrone, pentadrone) be handled? Different subraces, or you can only be one specific type, or it's just asthetic so you can choose without an impact?
Subrace might be good. Since modrons are designed for different purposes (e.g. tridrones for war, monodrones for simple tasks) they would gain new abilities based on that.
That would be cool. Maybe for ASI’s the base race has +1 to any one score, and then the subraces get different ASI’s based on their function (like +1 Dex and Con for tridrones, +1 Con and Wis for quadrones, +1 Str and Int for pentadrones). I’m not sure about the ASI’s for monodrones and duodrones. Aside from ASI’s, though, those two should get a few skill/tool proficiencies. The higher ranking ones could get some weapon proficiencies. What would you think about the Axiomatic Mind feature? Too powerful?
It would be handy if a modron adventurer had a ranged telepathy with other modrons around them, but probably no Axiomatic Mind. Also I Still Don't Know If The Circle Of The Tattooist Is Being Worked On
That’s a good idea.
I’ll take Circle of the Tattooist if someone else will do the Modron race. I’m better at subclasses then races.

How would bards work in this world? Would they have special colleges? Be limited to just one race? No, wait, I just had a genius idea. What if to be a bard in Tanmar, you have to be a vegetarian? IT'S SO RANDOM AND I LOVE IT

I think bards should be vagabonds. Maybe they travel from one tribe to another, offering entertainment in exchange for food and shelter. Maybe they try to live ascetically, with nothing more than a song in their heart and an instrument in their hands. As for colleges, perhaps a 'college' is not the best term for a mostly-tribal world? Coven, perhaps? Like Coven of Lore instead of College of Lore? Idk. And how they work as part of the world: Perhaps music is tied deeply to the three main gods. The Earth Mother has the power of a hearty drum, the Sky Father is the whistling of the wind, and Aberros represents the cacophony of many different notes fused together. Bards draw their magic from the music of the world around them and channel it into their songs. If that's the case, bards could be sorts of soothsayers and omen bringers, using song to bring the gods' words to mortalkind.

Ooh, "coven". I like the sound of that. Music/veggie god? Eh, maybe. It might be good if he's a satyr, but he's the ONLY satyr. His ability to bend people's wills with naught more than a breath in a pan flute is a goal of many bards. As a result, people might be mistrustful of bards. I like the oracle idea.
Hey, something I don't think has been gone over yet: is there anything in Tanmar's seas and oceans? Do Tanmarians have any sort of advanced ships or naval trade routes? What about islands?

"Advanced ships or naval trade routes?" How about this: airships, built and manned by the gnomes, modrons, and air genasi. Powered by the combination of clockwork magic and air genasis' magic.
As to the oceans, I don't know. Maybe some sea serpents, created by Tani but corrupted by Aberros, dwelling only in the deepest of waters.

I had a great idea for a realm in Tanmar's oceans. It's miles deep in a sector of the Undercaves completely submerged and shut out from the rest of the caverns below Tanmar, the only entry is through a ravine in the middle of a shipwreck graveyard. The wildlife in these aquifers is some of the most bizarre, and dangerous, in all of Tanmar, evolution gone rampant in a kill-or-be-killed maze of rock. That's not to say there isn't beauty to be found down there. There are fields of bioluminescent algae, enormous empty chambers where giants of the deep hunt, sulfuric dead-zones littered with enormous skeletons, cramped winding tunnels filled with coral, and so much more! I'm still not sure what to call it, but maybe some other race or deity lives there. Tritons, perhaps?

Undercaves in the water = the Underdeep. If anything, it should be called the Underdeep. Or simply the Depths. And also, tritons? Why think so typical? This is a NON-stereotypical world, and therefore let's try for a seafaring race that is something out of the ordinary. A race that lives in a deep, dark stretch of the ocean should be adapted for it. Such as an anglerfish. Anglerfish triton. Or perhaps bioluminescent jellyfish-people? I vote if there's an Underdeep, and if there's a race in the Underdeep, it should be jellyfish-people.
EDIT: Ok, thoughts on what such a jellyfish race would entail: obviously water breathing, better in water than on land. Lightning damage unarmed attack. Another creation of Aberros, but not exactly evil. They are extremely territorial and will kill those who invade the Underdeep without hesitation, but they don't actively seek out anyone's destruction.

What about Kuo-toa? The could be like anglerfish that capture creatures to conduct sacrifices to some unknown god.
I had some more ideas about the name. So far, I think Underdeep or Luminos are good names.
Perhaps the Kuo-Toa have different subraces based on various deep-sea fish. So far, I'm thinking Anglerfish, Gulper Eel, and Dragonfish would all be cool variations. Maybe Anglers can cast dancing lights innately and charm person once per day, Gulpers have the lizardfolk's Bite ability and can swallow Tiny creatures with a successful Constitution or Strength check, and Dragonfish Kuo-Toa can attempt to blind or stun small creatures with the luminous glands under their eyes.
I also had a cool idea for a leviathan-type creature called the Great Swallowers. These whale-sized eels have an enormous, wedge-shaped jaw that they place on the bottom of the seabed and drag it across the ground akin to a trawler's net. They have 4 pairs of eyes that each see a different spectrum of light, so they can easily see through illusions and detect invisible creatures. Both of these abilities are used to hunt Mage Squid, which can turn invisible and create enormous illusory clouds to distract foes while they slip into the darkness. (I spent all day coming up with this one!)

All of this sounds awesome. I got a couple other creature ideas: Gelatinous Jellyfish, a jellyfish ... that is a jelly. A type of ooze that changed its physiology to live in salt water, they shape their slime into tentacles for quick swimming, and can conduct electrical charges. When they consume prey, first they electrocute it, then dissolve it with acid. Then there's Gnollfish, which are called so ... because they resemble gnolls. Ferocious beasts that look like a cross between bull shark and hyena, Aberros created them to antagonize Tani and Mara's children if they try to take to the sea. They share the gnoll's trademark hunger, and have extremely thick skulls they use to ram directly into the hulls of ships to try and sink them. A handful of them is enough to tip a large sea-faring vessel sideways.
What about Manticore Fish? These deep-sea lion fish are extremely territorial and will viciously attack anything they deep a trespasser. Their poisonous barbs induce blindness and nausea to any that go untreated for a few hours. While the toxin is nonlethal, it can take weeks to get out of your system.
Bandit Shrimp are giant crustaceans about the size of a normal humanoid. These pack hunters are aggressive to intruders and roam large areas of the cavern floor. Also called 'water wolves', these shrimp are easily distracted by shiny objects and often have small collections of odd trinkets that they guard with their lives. Someone who is willing to part with their valuables might be able to calm an angry Bandit Shrimp, but it might show up later asking for more.
The Templar Shark is a smaller species of shark that lurks in the shallower parts of the Underdeep. Hermits by nature, they often hunt small crustaceans and fish alone. When multiple Templar Sharks bump into one another, the result is often a fight where both sides escape mortally wounded. These sharks get their name from the spiked bone plates that surround their entire body, making them formidable foes. Brave souls have been known to be able to tame and domesticate these sharks with food, but most have their 'friends' turn on them if they feel threatened.

Underdeep is a great idea. I love the jellyfish guys, and Lumino is a good name for them. Water Genasi wizards could have Mage Squids as familiars. Kuo-Toa sub-types? I like it. However maybe there is a blobfish Kuo-Toa. ;)
Are there any really stupid, funny, obscure, and totally pointless details we could add to Tanmar?
"Takes polka-dot tie and wraps around head"
Finally, a worthy challenge! Our battle will be LEGENDARY!
Aberros has an irrational fear of fire. I have no idea why this would be, but the concept was ridiculous and pointless. He's immune to fire being a spirit and all, but he's terrified of even embers.
While hibernating, Tundra Grung talk in their sleep. A lot.
In the Undercaves, there's a kind of small mushroom called the Poofball Fungus. It gets its name from the unique sound it makes when pressure is applied to it. Occasionally, an unwary adventurer may be stumbling through the caves, only to hear a loud "POOF!" as the mushroom squishes under their feet.
Rau has multiple personalities she flips between at random. This can make an encounter with her hilarious or terrifying, but mostly a mix of both.
Young Dire Elves shift between their humanoid and animal forms any time they sneeze. This stops when they grow older as they learn to control their shifting.
Gnolls' fear of rabbits is SO immense that they will avoid going within a few miles of a supposed rabbit warren.

Genius. Also, the aaracokra live in massive flying islands that are attached to cloud orbit and some are chained together to form kingdoms. What is aarakocra culture like in this world? Something like Rito from Breath of the Wild? Or something different?
Perhaps the aarakocra tamed some giant birds (I was thinking Quaal's Bird Token for the stats) to give flightless tourists a way to visit their sky-island kingdoms in a Pokemon-esque flying taxi sort of contraption.

Maybe rocs or giant eagles, too. Their culture and diet would be interesting since they live in the sky. Imagine a small flying island with a tree and a cow just sitting there. To quote the Great Papyrus, "MEDITATE ON THIS IMAGE."
Also, how do you add quotes under your posts, because I want to add some Flowey speak.

Why not just have pegasi cows with wings that can graze from island to island (that's a joke idea but tbh it might not be half bad).

Genius. Also, the aaracokra live in massive flying islands that are attached to cloud orbit and some are chained together to form kingdoms. What is aarakocra culture like in this world? Something like Rito from Breath of the Wild? Or something different?

Oh yeah, don't forget to be kind and loving and stuff. Not on during weekends.
