So those who had guessed the paladin would be in the priest group are right. Seeing the priest group is described as Stewards of Divine or Primal magic, focusing on healing, utility, and defense. The paladin might be getting a bit of a re work as in 5e the paladin is mainly a high damage dealing class.
Called it on the class groups. Not that it was a difficult call, but nice to see. Also called it on the lack of bard spell list, using the three Power Sources. Take that, doubters! They avoid the all-fireball-bard by restricting spell school, and added healing as a tiny list within the class.
Performance is still a skill. Dang it. Was hoping that got folded into Instruments. So little point to being its own skill.
Full analysis later. Just wanted to brag about the parts I called being right.

Under the UA rules, if you have proficiency in both Performance and the instrument you are playing, you would get both proficiency and Advantage on the check.
I like Bardic Inspiration as a Reaction and that it can be used to heal an ally.
Songs of Restoration I am not too sure about. Bard should certainly get those spells by default, but I think they should have them AND an improved Song of Rest ability.
The prepared spell lists are a lot of wasted text and page space in my opinion, but what ever.
Lore Subclass looks really good but I will miss the Additional Magical Secrets.
1ST LEVEL: FAVORED ENEMY You are adept at focusing your ire on a single foe. You always have the Hunter’s Mark Spell prepared, and it doesn’t count against the number of Spells you can prepare. Moreover, you don’t have to concentrate on the Spell once you cast it; it lasts for its full duration, until you end it as a Bonus Action, or until you are Incapacitated.
So ranger is now a lot more powerful by the looks, Hunter's mark as a default and no concentration requirement, that is quiet powerful.
Bard's inspirations moving to reactions are cool. Cutting words doing damage is nice for Lore, tho additional magical secrets is gone, so Bard spell list is going to be more restricted for now as they are limited to 4 schools of arcane magic else wise. Song of restoration is just a way to import the healing spells a bard would want but no revivify (without magical secrets and you'd probably take a higher leveled res at that point), however ranger gets revivify and cantrips now... just saying.
Rogue seems a bit meh honestly, it's barely changed, like advantage on target within 5 foot of an ally at level 13? Was that really the best that they could do, advantage is still nice but I don't think it was enough of a buff for tier 3/4.
Sharpshooter got nerfed, crossbow expert kind of got nerfed, you can use crossbows with the light property in dual wield and get the ability modifier for damage... so now need to carry two hand crossbows, I guess.
Observant no longer increases passive senses, but allows you to increase proficiency in one.
There is a lot of half-feats at level 4, which makes ASI look a little... weakened. Would probably be best to drop ASI as a feat and just give a free +1 and then get the second +1 from your half-feat at that point.
Fighting Styles are now available to warrior group as level 1 feats, but not to ranger. Ranger still gets it's fighting style at level 2 of course.

Did you notice that Ranger gets Hunter's Mark prepared from Favored Enemy and then gets Hunter's Mark as it's default prepared spell? yeah... later down in document it seems like it was meant to be speak with animals.
It says that the Ranger can take Fighting Style Feats.
2ND LEVEL: FIGHTING STYLE You have honed your martial prowess. You gain one of the following Fighting Style Feats of your choice: Archery, Defense, or Two-Weapon Fighting. Whenever you gain a Feat at later levels, Fighting Style Feats are among your options, even though you aren’t a member of the Warrior Group.

Ah good point, I missed/forgot that by the point I was looking at those feats.

AWESOME!!!!
I think that should be at level 6 or something at least the no concentration part. Too tempting for a dip like that imo.

Strong step in the right direction for the ranger.
I have to admit, I like the Light Weapon change. Getting that second attack without having to use a Bonus Action is a big boost to Two Weapon Fighting, especially for Rogues.

Not much change with the Rogue, Thief is improved a bit, but isn't really all that different.

Yeah, and I think they needed the most improvement.
