It talks about dealing damage with your keg a lot. Is it assuming you're using it as an improvised weapon? Might be helpful to provide some info on how exactly the keg works as a weapon and just as an item out oof combat. The only keg listed in official equipment is filled with gunpowder.
Ironskin Lager might be too much. Keep in mind that raging barbarians often get twice the milage from temp hit points, so this is probably too much if it can be used throughout a whole combat. It should probably have a limit, like once per rage or Con mod per day or something.
Here's an updated version. I agree with you, I had the Ironskin as prof/rest before changing the whole feature and that wound up being too much. The update also adds a few more options on using the keg / tools as a weapon (and gives you proficiency with it).
