When I search for "Aid" in the "manage spells" function, it doesn't show up for some reason. It's searchable in the database, but not from the manage spells feature on the character sheet. Same thing goes for "Mass Healing Word." Anyone know how to fix it?

That’s because Aid is not a Bard spell. You will have to wait until your character is 10th level and gains Magical Secrets to learn that spell. (Unless you are playing a College of Lore Bard in which case you will have to wait until you are 6th level and gain Additional Magical Secrets.)

Is that true for "Mass Healing Word" as well?

Aid should be available to Bards via Tashas, right? Same for Mirror Image etc.

Yup.

Neither aid nor mirror image are on the bard spell list. They are “Additional Bard Spells,” which is an optional class feature. To access those spells as a bard you must first activate Optional Class Features for your character on the Home tab of the builder. Then, on the Class tab you need to go into those Optional features and activate that one.

Awesome!! I usually activate "optional features," but I didn't realize you have to go to the "optional feature manager" tab. That's for the tip!
