Hoping to get some help here. I'm having an issue where I can see the content of the sourcebooks I own with no problems but when I try to use the features in the character builder, I'm not finding the options for some reason. (Pretty sure it's user error but haven't been able to find any threads to point me in the right direction.)
My account entitlements are in sync, Magic: The Gathering Content & Eberron Content are enabled as are Optional Class Features & Customize Your Origin.
When I go to Optional Feature Manager I'm told: "You currently have no available optional class features for this class. Unlock all official options in the Marketplace or create them for Homebrew Subclasses." Additionally the feats from Tasha's is missing BUT I can select the subclasses from that book so it's not consistent with what is missing from each book. For example, when creating a Wizard I can select the Bladesinging subclass but I can't select the Shadow Touched Feats.
Additionally, I only see the Legacy options for the races that were added in Monsters of the Multiverse.
When I create a character in a friend's campaign that is sharing the content, I can see the options as they're supposed to be seen. When my players create characters when I am sharing the content, they can see the options. I'm super stumped...
If you don’t find your solutions there, then double check that you do actually own the content on DDB. I say that because the things you’re describing sound like what one might experience if they have the content shared with them, not by them.
I have which is why I'm trying E3. If it wasn't for the fact that my players can see the content when I'm sharing it, I would assume it was something with my account.

Also to note, I own the sourcebook bundle and can read all the books.
Double check A3, and section F. But it sounds like a B1 scenario. If all else fails go for E4.

Yeah, I've got one in but was hoping to get it resolved faster XD
When did you buy the Sourcebook bundle? Was it before or after Tasha's came out?
Bladesinging in particular came out in the Sword Coast Adventurer's Guide so if you owned SCAG but not Tasha's you would still have access to it.
