No it's not. The system should, by default, stick to RAW. A DM can always copy and make their own homebrew versions of things or players can add them in later in the sheet. But that should always be the exception in the builder rather than the rule.

The "Flame Blade" spell for my Mephestopholes Tiefling Wizard isn't showing up as a scaled castable spell at spell levels 4 and 6.
I could go into detail about this, but I'll keep it short: you can't upcast racial spells beyond the specifications for your race or subrace. You'd need 3 levels of druid to cast Flame Blade and have it scale.
I completely forgot it was a racial spell and not one that I picked. Thanks for reminding me.

When you slay a humanoid, you can to rise as a specter that gains 4.5 temp HP. Roll initiative for the specter, which has its own turns. It obeys your verbal commands, gains a +4 bonus to its attack rolls, and remains until the end of your next long rest.
Hi there is a bug with the half elf in the character creator that lets you add +2 to your charisma on top of the +2 already granted. I believe you should be able to add +1 to two other ability scores not including charisma. Because with that someone could point buy into 19 Charisma lvl 1.
For Monk in Actions page, one with the blade includes deft strike. Can you seperate Deft Strike from that and make it seperate? Possibly move deft strike and Stunning strike to actions since both are added on to an action that hits.
Not sure if anyone posted this already but when adding feats you can add them all too even a level 1 character.
That is not a bug as is intended to allow for ad hoc feats. It is not mean to be tied to levelprogression and ASI. You as the DM just need to ensure your players know they should not be topping off extra abilities to their characters without your permission.

I was not reffering to that about prerequistites i was reffering to how yyou can add any number of feats at once without a limiter at level 1.
For example if you want all the phb feats at level 1 (which have no prereqs) you technically could. Which is how i interpreted the person whos report i was responding to.

Because I was glad to see it implemented the very day after playing the first session of a new campaign that has expanded feat availability, and I'd hate to lose it again.
Levels are not prerequisites, as far as the implemented logic in the sheet is concerned.
Prerequisites are abilities scores, races, ability to cast a spell, proficiencies and others.
You will always be able to grant feats outside the standard character progression, as long as the prerequisites are met (when they will be re-activated).
Several items in my Actions panel bring up useful info in the sidebar when tapped eg. Unarmed Strike. However several others such as Shell Defense, Lay on Hands, Wildshape bring up nothing useful – just “Casting Time: 1 Action” which doesn’t make any sense as they’re not spells.
Those all work fine on the Features & Traits panel sidebar, why not the Actions one?

Improved Pact weapon is not adding the +1 modifier to the Hit and damage.

Also, when casting a spell from the combat tab, it doesn't spend a spell slot (At least for warlocks, haven't tested any other classes yet).

Check where that spell comes from. If it comes from an Eldritch Invocation, most likely does not spend a spell slot.

On my good divine soul sorcerer cure wounds isn’t including my ability score bonus in the healing listed in the spell list.
