I got an API error screen after hitting arcane recovery on a wizard character. Was using mobile on phone. The error repeated several times after that. I'm afraid I didn't write down the code. Was in the middle of a game and needed to plow forward.
I'm having an issue where when clicking the campaign button whilst in a character all but 1 character appears on the list.
I have worked this down to the player setting their character as private, well that's my assumption anyway, haven't confirmed. However I am the DM and I would like to be able to easily switch between characters when I need to.
It's not quite as simple, but if it helps you can click on the name of the campaign in that list and it'll take you to the screen where you can see all the characters.
Thanks, I didnt realise that one, but would prefer the one click if possible.
I have all the content unlocked, but the Quick Build option in the Character Creator is missing a ton of races.
Aasimar Subraces Bugbear ...
This is speculation, and only someone from D&DB can say so for sure, but I bet that's an intentional choice.
It's a feature aimed at new players, and keeping it to base PHB stuff keeps it manageable and doesn't overwhelm them with choices.
I may have to disagree, I think it may be an oversight -- the same options available in Quick Build are limited in Randomizer as well. You can srtill randomly get a different race if you do not select a race, but if you've already decided on a race and want to randomize the rest you're limited to those same selections present in quick build. I think this may be a bug.

Thanks for your suggestions! I see the reasoning behind both explanations.
I got to thinking that maybe it could be a lot of work needed to go into writing the detailed scripts to build random but effective characters. Full random is pretty easy when it comes to rolling stats, selecting skills, and even picking weapons, but I think it can get pretty tricky when it comes to picking spells, feats, specialties and skills that compliment each other. Fully random might not be the best option, and designing the scripts to choose this spell with that skill and that feat with this specialty could be daunting.
When trying to multi class one of my characters all of the class as blocked by a requirement of 13 str. These are not looking at the correct stats as well as it is not looking at the OR portion of the allowed stats like fighter.

What is your base class? In order to Multiclass, you have to meet the Multiclass prerequisites of both the class you’re taking AND the base class.
Both Barbarians and Paladins require a Strength score of 13 to allow Multiclassing either as a base class or a secondary class.
I was going back over my friends character sheet for his paladin and we noticed that his bonus action, two weapon fighting, meant that he could only use light melee weapons in both hands; fine. So we went back to change the fighting style and we cannot for the life of us find the option to do so on the paladin features page. Is there something I'm missing here because it's driving me nuts. ALso, I don't seem to be able to equip light melee weapons, regardless of proficiency. I can't recall if we were able to choose two weapon fighting before hand but I was sure we had which makes me wonder if this is a bug at play. Anybody able to help me in the right direction?

Two weapon fighting is not a fighting style; any character can do it, as long as they follow the rules for it (i.e. Use light weapons, second/bonus action attack does not get a damage modifier). What level is the paladin? Paladins don't choose a fighting style until level 2. As for not being able to equip light weapons, I don't know. If you post the ur to your character one of the mods can take a look.
Created a Tiefling Warlock and for some reason my 1st & 2nd level spells are not showing up until later levels of spell casting on the character sheet. I’ve tried removing and re-adding but nothing seems to work.

Warlocks always cast their spells at the highest level they know (aka you only have spell slots of your highest level). So as a 5th level Warlock you have 2 spell slots, and they are both 3rd level. You don't have 1st or 2nd level slots. Your 1st level spell came from an Eldritch Invocation, and your 2nd level slots come from your Tiefling "Infernal Legacy" feature. On the spells tab there is fine print under each spell that indicates what portion of your character build your spell comes from.
There's probably a good chance that I've not realised there are light weapons to choose from but I will double check. If you auto get two weapon fighting I'd be very surprised if the option wasn't there. The paladin is first level and I would have bet money we sat there and chose a fighting style but I was wrong obviously; I was being driven insane trying to find (again, that's why I thought there must be a bug.) Thanks so much for the clarification and advice!
With homebrew'd modifiers. If you add a modifier for Advantage on a Specific Ability Check (such as Persuasion) it doesn't show up underneath the Skills node describing the restriction like it does if you have Advantage on a specific Saving throw.
Also, you can't add custom Languages, such as Taur-ahe, the language for Taurens.

Further to this, if you instead add the Advantage/Disadvantage dice icons on Skills, can you please ensure custom skills have a selector for Advantage/Disadvantage. That way I can make a custom skill for Swimming (which I have Advantage on, but not Athletics).

First time creating a warlock, guess I better brush up on how they work. Thanks!

when choosing equipment for ranger i cant click on trinket or any items you are proficient with.
Solved it by creating a homebrew feat to accomplish that purpose.

One of my players in a campaign can't access his spells anymore in the character sheet, gets beholder'ed
