When building a Warlock character, you gain proficiency with light armour. At 4th level, the feat selection should not show feats for which you don't meet the prerequisites. For example, Medium Armor Master should not appear, because it requires medium armor proficiency.
Actual Behaviour:
It seems all feats appear in the list, regardless of qualifying for prerequisites.
They made a post about this in beta. I can't seem to find the link. They said it was this way for frats in case the dm wanted to give it to his players even if the prerequisites weren't met.
Just joined and found this thread, over a year old, when searching on this exact issue. Been over a year, and still not fixed. Hmmm....
It should be simple to put in a switch that would allow the DM (or player) to turn off the need for a prerequisite to be met when choosing a feat. For instance, the tool should default to graying out the feats which should not be available due to prerequisites not being met, but allow the player to override that manually when they click on the feat.
Actually, it was fixed for quite a while. Then, wine the new character sheet came out, they turned off the feat prerequisites check "temporarily" for "internal testing purposes." Eventually it should be turned back on. Might be a good question for someone to ask Badeye during this week's Development update.

They're also going to be working on an AL Mode for character building, which will likely enforce these things more appropriately.
