I'm trying to manually give my character advantage to Acrobatics, but can't seem to find any items that do that. I'd rather not add a Feat because they normally add multiple bonuses (Also haven't looked into feats yet)
I just looked at the race & subclass and can't find the homebrew button, I wonder if it is a paid feature? I just want a visual representation on (Dis)/Advantage on the sheet.
Homebrew is not a paid feature. Links to the different types of homebrew are in the Collections drop down:
Homebrew feats are significantly easier to create than modifying a subclass or a race.
Just an update; still not added. I'm playing a Changeling with the actor feat and would like the Deception & Performance advantage to be have a toggle function or allow us to cusomise the advantages ourselves.
I'm still not sure what update people are asking for.
You can use feats and items to 'flag' advantage or disadvantage to skills, but it's only a flag. It will not, and will never, auto-roll such because in most cases adv/disadv are situational so autorolling would be bad design. That'll never change.
And as for rolling with advantage or disadvantage you can do that whenever you want already.
So I'm not sure what the point of this thread is. The main thing you want, you can already do, and the only other possible thing you could want will never happen as it would be problematic and wholly unnecessary anyway.
What is left that you could want?

A visual aid so we remember to roll with advantage. A small green A indicator next to the applicable skill check or saving throw that we can toggle on or off.
For instance if we get Hasted, it would be nice to be able to add the 'A' to our Dex saves

I've just looked for an hour and there is no where to manually add advantage to Skills and Saving Throws so that they show up on the character sheet. Now I'm searching the web and I'm finding this thread, which is 7 years old and still going, where people also cannot add advantage to their sheets. This is clearly a UX or missing feature problem.

What people seem to be wanting is a button to toggle advantage/disadvantage on and off on the skills list without having to add an item or feat to their character. You can already change a skill proficiency in your skill settings, but there hasn't been a function in the settings to change whether or not a skill has advantage/disadvantage.

I make custom items that don’t need attuning that grant Advantage and/or disadvantage to particular skill, and then just equip it when needed.
Rings, clothes, trinkets, whatever you can creatively think that would be something that would fit.

Any update on this that you all have found?
