We need a way to create and modify tags (thrown, loading, finesse, etc). I want to be able to modify the effects of som,e of these, and also to add them to weapons they don't apply to currently, and I also need to be able to create new tags for things.
I could just describe these things to my players, but the entire point of DDB is to have these nifty digital character sheets, and you have built in this functionality for tags, so now we are limited by that. I don't see why they can't be moved around and changed.
I'd like to ask to be able to remove coins from the currency without having to calculate the amount of coins I have.
e.g.: if I have 25 gold coins and want to remove 5 silver coins, I'd like to insert 5 in the silver coins slot and than click on the "remove" button and have the right ammount of coins in the currency.
Can we get an easier transfer of homebrew and official items between characters in a campaign group. This would help with theft, and just one pc giving stuff to another as needed.

its already there. There is an add and remove button under them. you just put the number you want to substract or add and then click add or the remove button as needed. you can add say 25 gold and 9 silver as well as 587 coppers and then click add and all those will be added to your coins.

Yes, I know that! But if I have 10gp and try to remove 5sp, it won’t make the currency change, I’ll have to remove 1gp and add 5sp.
Would it be possible to just add a space available to fill for "shared campaign notes" on dndbeyond campaigns? Something that all players and DM can read and write on. In the same way that we have the notes on character sheets but here that would be a shared one for all players in order to write their plans, to put in there the treasures they gathered and so on.
I would love to see the ability to find monsters by the environment. Swamp, Tundra, etc.. Also the ability to filter out anything not purchased. While I have most of the stuff, stumbling on the Eberron content (have not purchased) while searching is a nuisance.

You can, there's an environment field in the monster view
You can also filter by source if you click/tap “Show Advanced Filters” visible just below and to the left of the box Dave conveniently drew for you pointing out the “environment” filter.
What is that phrase... the obvious is only obvious when someone points it out...
Thank you very much!
EDIT: Just talked through this with my wife (who also uses this site pretty heavily..) This page did not exist in our minds. We either search in general (which doesn't let you filter for the environment even when selecting to refine results by monsters) or we went to the Sources book. I wonder how many others are only using one or the other link, and what that says towards the navigation. I still feel silly, as I do remember seeing this page at some point. Maybe it is just a byproduct of so much content.

Echoing this request to automatically convert removed currency. It seems easily fixable and would make low-level inventory management so much smoother.
Would it be possible to add highrollersdnd things to dnd beyond like some the things that mark hulmes has created and released. Like when critical role content was introduced

Its unfortunate, but the reason why critical role stuff, "Some" not all of it. is on beyond, is because the players uses beyond entirely integrated into their campaign, and while high rolllers might do the same, the real deal is that beyond is partnered with critical role. and thus they needed to have the necesary availlable to them class wise. a lot of items on the critica role show is still not availlable through beyond. like most of the items they are using. mathew mercer placed like 3 items in beyond and published them, the rest is still unpublished. so even critical role do not have that all beyond deal.
Reality being, it is up to the author to publich his stuff, not to beyond. the only real reason beyond has things is because of the gunslinger class which percy used and the blood hunter which molly used. aside from those, beyond has nothing added from critical role. and even mathew mercer hasn'T published much when it comes to his homebrew.

I would love the ability to add artwork directly into the appearance section of character sheets.
I do custom illustrations of my players' characters, so it would be nice to actually include them on the sheet somewhere. We can already upload the tiny little portrait in the corner by the name, so I imagine it shouldn't be too hard to implement a pretty much identical feature where instead of (or in addition to) the typed description we just get another upload button.
As work begins (eventually) on the D&D Beyond virtual tabletop, one thing I'd like to see, that I'm not sure is available in other VTTs (or if it is, I haven't found it) is a way to update token positions or otherwise manipulate tokens via an API. I'm working on a 3D multi-touch touchscreen that would love to make use of such a mechanism so I can manipulate tokens in the software by moving miniatures on a touch-enabled tabletop, but like I said, so far such functionality doesn't seem to exist anywhere.

I, for one, hate the idea of the development effort of Dndbeyond being spent on developing yet another VTT. There are enough VTTs on the market that do enough that another one isn't needed. I would much rather see that money spent on improving the encounter and combat builders.

A treasure generator would be really really sick, especially for a built in one, 1000%.
