Chrome has since removed its option to turn off Autoplay Videos (its was at chrome://flags/#autoplay-policy)
Just now when I launched the site (at the end of the Twitch stream), the video auto-played, with an audio issue where it was playing twice. If I clicked to pause the video, one copy of it paused, but the other kept playing. So I had to mute the site to stop it.
Google Chrome (latest) Version 78.0.3904.97 (Official Build) (64-bit) Windows 10, 64-bit.
I have AdBlock, Ghostery, uMatrix as extensions that might interfere, except D&D Beyond is blanket white-listed in all of them.
And then also Beyond 20.
If I manage to catch this happening again, I will try disabling all extensions to see if that changes the behavior.
Please do not put autoplay videos on your front page. Seriously.
They shouldn't be autoplaying. They aren't for me, and that was meant to be fixed.

D&D Beyond FoundersWhether videos should autoplay or not is a setting in your browser that is commonly defaulted to off.
