Have a character that has Polearm Master, and was wondering how I might be able to create a weapon "Glaive (Butt Attack)" that would essentially be a Glaive with 1D4 Base Damage, and Bludgeoning instead of Slashing.
How might I be able to do this?
My group plays remotely, and it's really nice being able to do all the dice rolling using the Beyond 20 browser extension.
You don’t need to create an action, dndbeyond character sheet does it for you. It’s on the actions tab as long as you have the weapon equipped. You might need to scroll down a bit depending on how many options you have.
The question is how do I create a weapon that is essentially a Glaive with a D4 Base Damage and Bludgeoning instead of Slashing. Yes, once created, the Actions should follow. I know.

It doesn't sound like you know, because what Beardsinger is saying is that that is already done. You don't need to do anything. That d4 bludgeoning thing is already on your character sheet if you have the Polearm Master feat.
I already told you this in the other thread, but the Polearm Master Feat already creates a custom action on your character sheet to represent the butt end attack.
It sounds as though the OP wants to create a new weapon like the glaive but have it do 1d4 bludgeoning as standard, but also have it count as a polearm and get the bonus action attack like a normal glaive would. I don’t believe that this is possible with the current dndbeyond set up.
I think Beardsinger's right. I thought this thread was about getting a feat to function that already functions (so, why?) but it does seem the OP wants a martial reach weapon that's got less damage output than a quarterstaff but can come under the polearm master feat.
As is, there's no "make new mundane weapon" options in the present toolset. Even if it was, it would be further complicated by attaching a homebrew weapon to officially published feat (you'd have to rewrite the whole feat, adding the impossible weapon to it).
But seriously, why not take a quarterstaff and call it your pugil stick or whatever?
The curious thing about it is that it can't tell whether your polearm is magical. Mine is a +1 halberd, and even though with Polearm Master you're attacking with that weapon, it doesn't give you the +1.
I was also pretty sure my sheet didn't show the damage or let me roll the damage for the bonus attack. But I just looked, and it does.

Yeah, the action added by the feat is incapable of adding in the magic bonus from the weapon into the attack and damage roll. As for the action added by the feat not allowing you to roll for damage, you may be thinking of the Reaction attack since that uses the pointy end and it doesn’t know which weapon you are using so it leaves that one blank.
Baked in rules interpretation. The "magicalness" of the weapon does not extend to the butt.
I say it does. The weapon is magical, not just the head of it.
Yeah, if you cast Elemental Weapon on a Halberd, smacking someone with the blunt end ought to get the same benefit from the spell as smacking them with the pointy end.

Oh, I think you're both right. I just think there's an unintentional "rule" being expressed in the function of pole arm master's implementation taking magic out of any enchanted polearm's butt. I think a strict interpretation of Polearm Master might reflect that thinking, but I don't think it's a good interpretation personally. Mostly I'm just typing for the puerile fun of deciding whether a butt is or isn't magical.
Relatedly to the feat broadly, which end is the butt end of the quarterstaff?

Or if I genericize it even further...
How can I create a Custom Non-Magical Weapon?
The Homebrew Create Magical Weapon doesn't allow for removing Weapon Properties, or changing either the Damage Type or Dice.
Would it be possible to just give us a tool where we could define a weapon from the ground up?
Seems like it should be pretty simple to create an interface

You can't. I'm sure D&D Beyond would like to add the capability to do so, but I'm not holding my breath.

You can't. You need to create a custom item to represent it in the equipment tab and a custom action for its attacks.
