So I hv a character I made who is a level 18 eldritch knight fighter who wields the Blackrazor among other weapons. However, DnD beyond says that the bonus to hit for this weapon is +22? Also, he has a +19 to his unarmed attack? That can't be correct right?
If you give us a link to your character, we can investigate it. Off the cuff, your proficiency Bonus is +6, your Str is probably +5 while Blackrazor gives +3, so it should be +14. However, if we can look at the sheet, there might be something that explains it.
If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Do you have the dueling fighting style? There's a bug with fighting styles where you can accidentally select them multiple times, and the bonus stacks. If it was dueling, unselect your fighting style until the dropdown actually stays on the unselected option, and see if that's fixed your bonus. Then re-pick the fighting style once.
Does DDB not automatically detect that Blackrazor (a greatsword) doesn't qualify?

The problem with PDFs is that it doesn't break down what's happening at all. There are a couple of homebrew magic items there that have no indication of what they do that could be the culprit.
If you want further help, you'll need to provide a link to the character so we can see what's going on.

I'm looking at a similar problem. I've imported an OLD legacy Character from 2nd/3rd edition era as best I can, and his to his numbers (while I dig em) don't seem to match what Proficiency+ability bonus would provide. Now he was in the "Epic" realm under 3rd so 20+ level in that system so maybe that could be it, but more likely I mis entered something or mismatched something. Basically, his proficiency+bonus would be +8, but the to hit bonus clocks in at +16. there are a couple of homebrew items (did the best I could but can't promise they are solid). is there something else going into this calculation that I am unaware of?

+16 for an attack? I'm presuming that the character is at L20, given the brief, so a PB of +6. Ability Score of at least 20 so a modifier of +5, for a subtotal of +11. You'd normally have a magic weapon or item giving a +3 at that level, for a total of +14.
+16 is above normal for a L20 character, but not impossibly so. Perhaps you used one of the Manuals that can raise it. Or Maybe you're Barbarian - they get to raise their Strength to 24, giving a +7 modifier instead of +5, for a total of +16 if you have a +3 sword or something.
Until we see the sheet though, which we can't currently do, there's not a lot we can do beyond speculate.

I can see it. Again, this looks like an issue with how the homebrew items or Ogre Mage subclass were constructed. Without seeing the specific modifiers used in the homebrew, I'm unable to determine the specific cause.

Here is the character sheet

It looks like you have some homebrew magic items. Try unequipping those to see if anything changes.

The link does not work for me, do you have the Character Sheet set to public?

Likewise, the link doesn't work for me either.
