Blue grins suddenly, remembering something. Suddenly his skin begins to melt and transform, eventually turning into a large axe beak with bright blue plumage.
(Is this transformation an action or a bonus action? ;))
‘Also, he’ll use his memory die to try to remember what style of fighting he prefers when not an animal: 1

((Oh, right, yeah, they are out of range. Guy is up, but I know Beasty was coming off a crazy work schedule, so I'll be patient.))
((Oops, he just went! I didn't change turn order.))
((Blue, you rolled low, so didn't get what you were looking for, but did learn you were able to heal Big Un.))
"Blue, while your new form seems quite capable of violence, you wonder what good your old form is, but as you shift, you grow quite a bit and from your taller perspective can see Big Un slumped in the sand, staining the area nearby with his blood. You feel like you have it within you to be able to help him..."
Big Un, as you rouse yourself, you get to your feet and realize that you're still hemmed in by birds... sure you could carefully slip away, they'd surely attack if you were to just run, or you could stand and fight. Your hand goes to the wand at your side by instinct. You're pretty sure that you could shoot a bird and deal damage to it and its neighbors with a shard of exploding ice. (You know the spell ice knife, and can use your wand to substitute for the material components.)
((You didn't actually have a Memory Die to use, but it'd been a bit for you, so I gave you something, and you've regained a Memory Die.))

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Ember struggles to keep her feet, but feels she only has 2 options, keep fighting or flee.
(I had an idea to make a javelin from a skinny tree the top shaved to a point using my dagger, but in combat it would take too many moves to accomplish I think; even disengage and hide can't be accomplished in the same turn).
Ember tries to think of any way to gain the advantage in combat. Memory: 2
Ember briefly entertains the idea of trying to make a jabby stick, but realizes that would probably rely more on brute force than the more nimble touch that seems to work better for her. She thinks that if she can distract and fool one of the birds with a quick move in one direction, before attacking from another, that she might be able to land a hit more easily.
Feinting Attack.
You can expend one superiority die and use a bonus action on your turn to feint, choosing one creature within 5 feet of you as your target. You have advantage on your next attack roll this turn against that creature. If that attack hits, add the superiority die to the attack's damage roll.
The advantage is lost if not used on the turn you gain it.

Happy to see Mark swinging again, Talon starts to feel the power words and music can give him and tries to remember how to hurt others with it. Memory die: 3
'I can't give up now...fleeing is not an option' she thinks to herself. Ember is overwhelmed by a new idea for a technique that may prove useful in combat. She looks as if she will attack the Red Bird, but at the last second she switches her target to the Blue bird (I think it is in range?).
Bonus Action: Superiority Die spent (2/4 remain)
Action: Hit Blue Bird with advantage (no modifiers) 8 Damage: 2 Superiority Damage: 8

Ember makes a feint at the red bird before switching targets, but doesn't quite fully commit to pull it off. The move has promise though!
((Oof, sorry!))
Talon thinks on how he might use magic more effectively to overcome the flightless beasties, but he's too distracted and irritated by dropping and breaking the lute. It comes to his mind that he thinks he would be able to fix it magically, but to do so he'd need another instrument! Oh, the irony! (You know the [spell[mending[/spell] cantrip.)
