As noon drifts onward to evening in Sel'eman, Arena Shapers and Constructs work around the clock to get the maze up and ready. And they work with as much speed as possible to escape the heat, if nothing else!
To win: 1... Control Points: 4 flags (¥) in the arena will become available for capture at the start of Round 3. Begin and end your turn within ten feet of the flag to capture the point. Control all four points to win, or control more points than your opponent for 5 rounds. (Needs not be consecutive)
The conditions: 2...Highnoon - Oh boy its a scorcher today, and with hardly shadows to speak of! Attempts to Hide cannot be made with advantage.
The Map: 12 ...'The Pits' - A fairly typical fighting ring in a hole in the ground. Its a short 10 foot drop into the pit, and the edges are sloped and course. They would be easy to climb. In the bottom of the pit, the earth is turned up from fighting, yet tufts of grass sprout up here and there, as though it recently had grass all throughout. On either side of the pit is a set of steps. You and your opponent are on opposite ends with wooden walls for cover.

"Now, I hope you're ready for another exciting match, for without further adieu, allow me to introduce your competitors!"
"From the distant seas seeking gold, renown, and new challenges is none other than Darius the Dreaded!" A dark-haired human man wielding a pair of rapier and bearing the firm footing of a seaman readies for battle.
"Though her first showing revealed a long road ahead, our phoenix back to prove herself! Give it up for FireFeather!" A lightly armored and nervous looking human woman starts at the call, but is quick ready herself.
"Joining our ever growing flock of feathered aerial experts is one archer looking to prove himself, Bzukumi the Bold!" An eager looking Aaracokra bearing enchanting looking bracers and a long bow stands ready.
"Next up we have an elven hero of the people and a wizard to boot, Immeral the Immaculate!" A young sun elf in bright fiery-colored robes that shimmer almost as if made of glass steps up with a enchanted wand to match in hand.
"Not one to be shown up or shut down by a simple of change of scenary, I present to you... Lenalia!" A show woman in studded leathers, an almost divine beauty, and a bit of magical pep to her step.
"And finally we have ourselves someone no stranger to life in the ring, and perhaps in search of far greater challenges! For here comes Vike!" A well-muscled man bearing tattoos whose very ink have expanded off the proverbial canvass to writhe about a fist.

FireFeather is hot on Immeral's heels, summoning her pact weapon belatedly as she reaches the wizard's side.
Vike briefly touches a rune engraved on his breastplate which begins to emit a blue glow. He then hurries toward the nearest control point taking a potshot at FireFeather along the way.
