Ok. So, I have a subclass that gives you charges of 1+wis mod, and 3 effects along side a save DC. A reaction that utilizes the save dc , a reroll, and a bonus action attack. Ignoring the need to add wis mod to the bonus attack, is the rest of this possible?
If I understand you correctly, yes. You would make one Action attached to the feature to track the limited uses, and then attach the other things (the reaction, the bonus action, and the reroll as a “special” action) to the same feature as additional Actions. The save DC would just be the same for everything.
Now, if that doesn’t make sense itis certainly possible that I misunderstood you, in which case please explain it to me in greater detail and I’ll try to explain how to do it.

Ahh. I’m not 100% sure it’ll work because I’ve never had need to try it, but if it is possible it would be done by using this dropdown on the Action field:

I'd like to add a cantrip to a sorcerer subclass that is always known but doesn't count against the number of cantrips they can already learn. I've tried adding it in the 'additional specific spells' and also within a class feature as an additional spell there and neither seem to be working. Any help would be appreciated.
You would add it as part of a class feature, there is a walkthrough for that in the Subclasses & Species FAQ #14. After that take a look at the General FAQ #6. If that still doesn’t solve your problem post again and I’ll do my best to help you.

How do I add bonus Attunement slots to a race
You cannot add “bonus” attunement slots, but you can “set” the number of Attunement slots at 4, 5, or 6.
