You cannot have it automatically applied, but you can add it as an Action that doesn’t require an attack roll or a saving throw and it’ll at least generate the rollable for you without having to do it manually on every character sheet.
What I get from this FAQ, is I "Unfortunately Cannot" do most of the things I want to do as a Homebrew DM through the use of DnD Beyond's systems. I swear most of these things would be the simplest stuff to code, too.

Unfortunately that is the case for a fair number of things, especially magic items. But at least now you know it’s impossible and don’t have to waste time trying to make the impossible work.
Since the January 30th update to feats, Spell Sniper is no longer in the list of templates you can use when creating a homebrew feat. Was that an intentional change, or are we looking at a bug?

Spell Sniper should be available as a template again. You unfortunately won’t be able to dissect it much, or change the spell settings. According to my source, “Effectively, what currently allows for previously split feats to be consolidated is something that isn’t part of the feat itself, but a bit of an unusual workaround.” That means only the modifiers will be accessible.
New-ish to DnDBeyond, although I've played nearly every edition of DnD throughout the decades.
At my DM's encouragement, I've created a Wuxia Style Martial Artist, using the Battle Master as inspiration / template. We just leveled up, and my DM is allowing me to "retrain" my character from it's current iteration (3rd lvl Battle Master / 2nd lvl Monk) into a 6th level version of the HomeBrew I created.
We are playing online (The Foundry), and I'd imported my DnDBeyond Character Sheet.
I've uploaded my Homebrew Martial Art subclass into DnDBeyond, but I'm wanting to be able to utilize it onto my character sheet for our sessions.
How do I do this? Which links are most relevant to "activating" / "legitimizing" my subclass? Are there recommended YouTube tutorials that do a fair job of covering this?
There are some YouTube videos, but I don’t know them and I doubt they’ll answer nearly all your questions. However, you can check out the links in the General Homebrew FAQ #4 in the very first post in this thread. That’s all the best links to the best resources available.

I’m not entirely sure what you mean when you say you “uploaded” your homebrew. Did you create it in the homebrewer? If so, did you create all the appropriate levels? That right there is half of it.
I’m not entirely sure what you mean by “activate/legitimize” your subclass. Do you mean making it function properly on the character sheet? If so, that’s going to ba accomplished with propper Snippets, Modifiers, and Actions; and if it’s anything like the Battle Master, probably Options too. You can learn about Snippets, Modifiers, and Actions by following those links I mentioned above, and you can learn all about Options in the Homebrew Subclasses & Species FAQ #1 in that same post.
Moreover, if you have any specific questions, I’m usually around to answer them at some point or another most days. You may have to be patient, but I’ll always do my best for you.
I created my subclass in Homebrewer, but have not published it yet. I "think" I created all of the appropriate levels, even though I'm getting a message saying that I have not. But, to my knowledge, a Fighter subclass gets cool stuff at levels 3, 7, 10, 15, and 18, no?
I'll definitely take a closer look at the links you suggested. Thanks for that, btw. There is A LOT to sift through, so being able to narrow my focus helps immensely.
And, yes, I would like to be able for my subclass to function as intended on the character sheet.
I'm in no real rush, as this is strictly for my own campaign purposes (for now, at least). Your willingness to be of help is everything! Thanks again!
Don’t publish!!! If you publish it you won’t be able to edit it anymore. Don’t publish it if you don’t have to because you will almost always find something to improve. You don’t need to publish it to use it.
As for your error message, please see the General FAQ #Ω in post #1.
Take a look through those links, and through the FAQs in post #1, they’ll answer a lot of your questions. Anything you can’t find an answer for, don’t hesitate to ask.
Definitely don't have any intention of publishing any time soon, especially for the reason that you've cited; I keep coming up with more "maneuvers" (called "techniques" in my build) that add to the flavor of the subclass.
Will take some extra time this weekend to look over those links.
Can you please clarify which link I should look at in Post #1, however? I don't recognize that symbol.
That’s the “Omega” symbol. It’s the last letter in the Greek alphabet, it has come to mean the ultimate/last/end of something. If you open the spoiler under the heading that reads “General FAQ & Troubleshooting” in the first post and scroll to the bottom of it, it’s the very last question. It has the same Ω symbol instead of a number, so you’ll be able to recognize it. I used the Omega symbol for that entry so that no matter how many questions I add to that particular FAQ, it’ll always be the last question at the bottom and the numerical entry doesn’t have to change.

I'll probably add it as an attack then. Thank you so much for your help!

I’m not entirely sure, I don’t actually work here. You would do better to post your question in the Bugs & Support forum.

Are you seeing the same thing on your end? Wondering if it's something funky on my end, or an actual bug.
I haven’t tested it. 🤷♂️ it’s probably to do with the updates they made to feats, but not to the homebrewer.
