What I need is to be able to make a feets prerequisite be a background, because I don't want to make a new version of a background for every type of race. Being draconic, or Birdfolk and whatnot. Can anyone help me with that?

It is not possible to designate a specific background as a prerequisite for a feat, nor is it possible to attach a homebrewed feat to a homebrewed background. You will have to simply list it as text.
I got most of what I needed. Is there a way that upon bonus action use you to obtain certain stats ie different ac (12+wisdom modifier) , temp hit points , advantage in a skill check?

So, I'm trying to create a custom background for the Red Wizards of Thay. And while I seem to be able to grant the feat in the back end, but the background doesn't grant the feat once selected. The feat itself is not behaving as it should. I made a copy of Initiate of High Magic from Dragonlance and wanted the feat to add spells similarly. Basically, let the player choose one of the eight schools and then add cantrips and first-level spells in the same manner. Suggestions anyone?
Homebrew feats cannot actually be attached to homebrew backgrounds and work properly. It just doesn’t do the thing as you’ve discovered.
There is no way to limit spell selections based on spell school, the system cannot do that.
Any feat which allows the player to choose their preferred spellcasting ability modifier does not function correctly when used as a template for Homebrew.
TL/DR: Unfortunately, none of what you are attempting to accomplish is actually possible in DDB’s system.
I have built a subrace that mostly works. However I have certain features that only become active after set levels, I have set the level requirements in the building sheet but they all appear on the character sheet even if the character is a lower level - how do I hide these?

The racial traits will all appear right away, there is no way around it. You just have to make sure that you state at what level the trait is supposed to get applied in the snippet so that it is clear on the character sheet. Any Modifiers attached to such a trait will get applied immediately at 1st level too, so if you don’t want a particular bonus to kick in right away there’s nothing you can do except either not add that Modifier and leave it for the player to adjust manually at the appropriate level, or else make it explicitly clear that it’s not supposed to apply yet and the player will have to manually adjust whatever it is to remove the bonus and then adjust it back again when they hit the correct level. Designating a specific level for racial traits will only delay any associated Actions from appearing until the designated character level.
HI. I wanted to create a talent that had, among other advantages, the second of the Medium Armor Master, that is: When you wear medium armor, you can add 3, rather than 2, to your AC if you have a Dexterity of 16 or higher. However, I wouldn't know how to do it. Am I the one wrong or can't it be done? PS: English is not my main language so please forgive any grammatical errors.

I want to make a tiefling subrace but it wont let me what should I do?
That’s because Tiefling isn’t designated to have subraces in the system. Instead of subraces they have “variants,” you’ll have to make one of those instead.

You mean mechanically on the character sheet? Like, to actually have that turn on and off when triggered? If that is what you are asking, I’ll refer you to the Homebrew Subclasses & Species FAQ, question #2, which you can find in the very first post in this thread: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq#HomebrewSubclasses&SpeciesFAQ).

At this point it feels like I'm paying to be in an alpha.

Hey guys!
How can I add custom tabs to my Homebrew items? Like one in the Alchemy Jug.
UPD: Thanks to IamSposta, I found it: General Homebrew FAQ, question #12: (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq#GeneralHomebrewFAQ&BasicTroubleshooting)
Is there a way to make it so that a homebrew feat can be selected more than once?
And is there a way to increase an ability score maximum?
EDIT: Thanks, I found the answer.

Is it possible to create a spell that allows me to enhance a weapon, for example a sword, giving it an area attack?
Depending on exactly what you mean, yes and no.
