So, an odd question. I'm trying to build a fighter archetype that gains a companion, and I'd like the companion to have a box like how Monsters are presented in the various Summon spells from Tasha's.
Does someone have a guide for how I would do that? I've tried deconstructing the spells themselves, and the box format doesn't seem to be an element of their coding that I can access.
You could copy one of the blocks from any of the summons spells and paste it in the RTF editor for your subclass/feat description. Then edit what you pasted. If editing breaks the format of the box, you'll have to go in to the RTF editor's source code (the </> button) and adjust the code till it works. If you're not familiar with HTML, this might prove to be overwhelming.
For example, here's the stat block from the Summon Fey spell:
FEY SPIRIT
Small fey
Armor Class 12 + the level of the spell (natural armor)
Languages Sylvan, understands the languages you speak
Challenge — Proficiency Bonus equals your bonus
Actions
Multiattack. The fey makes a number of attacks equal to half this spell’s level (rounded down).
Shortsword. Melee Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6 + 3 + the spell’s level piercing damage + 1d6 force damage.
Bonus Actions
Fey Step. The fey magically teleports up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space it can see. Then one of the following effects occurs, based on the fey’s chosen mood:
Fuming. The fey has advantage on the next attack roll it makes before the end of this turn.
Mirthful. The fey can force one creature it can see within 10 feet of it to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. Unless the save succeeds, the target is charmed by you and the fey for 1 minute or until the target takes any damage.
Tricksy. The fey can fill a 5-foot cube within 5 feet of it with magical darkness, which lasts until the end of its next turn.
There here's that stat block with stuff edited:
Attack dog
Medium beast
Armor Class 16 + the level of the spell (natural armor)
Languages Dog, understands the languages you speak
Challenge — Proficiency Bonus equals your bonus
Actions
Multiattack. The attack dog makes a number of attacks equal to half this spell’s level (rounded down).
Bite. Melee Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d6 + 3 + the spell’s level piercing damage + 1d6 force damage.
Flaming dog poop. The attack dog can use it's action to expel a steaming pile of doggy doo-doo. If the attack dog uses 5 ft of it's movement to kick back at the pile, it burst into flames. Each creature within 5 ft of the flaming pile of dog poop must make a DEX saving throw against your spell save DC, taking 1d4 of fire damage on a fail.
Bonus Actions
Puppy dog eyes. The attack dog can give it's summoner advantage on any charisma checks while he is within 5 ft of the summoner

I'm not sure why there's so much whitespace above the first stat block though.
