Also allowing Homebrew races to appear as any other race does with nested subraces (ie. Race select > Subrace dropdowns as with Elves, Dwarves and others). How is this not a thing yet???

except it is. at least works on my end. there is a dropdown where it ask what subrace it is for. but somhow i think it works only partially. i created 2 tieflings and both of them appears in my tiefling drop down. but some other homebrew races i have done seems not to work.

I want to be able to grant advantage on saving throws and immunity against specific conditions
You can. “Modifier—>Advantage,” “Modifier Subtype—>Saving Throws” and then type the thing you want them to have advantage against in the details field. That’s the same way Fae Ancestry is done.

This feature only works for previously published races.
Ex. you make an elf subrace, it appears under elves. If you make tieflings, they'll appear under the tiefling race. If you make a Gorgon homebrew race, with subraces, they do not appear or aren't nested as with published races and subraces by WotC. That was the linked forum post if you'd like to read it.

Is there any difference between Twice Proficiency and Expertise when creating modifiers? I was hoping one was Expertise and the other one was Proficiency (Expertise if already proficient), but that does not appear to be the case.
Change the attunement slot adjustment from "set" to "add", or at least give the option to add instead. If I have a fighter and an artificer who each pick up an item that grants an additional attunement slot, I shouldn't have to make an item each to grant 4 slots, 5 slots, 6 slots, and finally 7 slots and swap items out as the artificer levels just to have things show up right on the sheet.
I would like to be able to create a multiplier for things like weapon range or movement speeds. Various game effects double these sorts of values and it would be nice to make use of that mechanic. For instance, I was trying to create an item that represents the effects of a haste spell and there is only the option to set speed values.
I would love it if the Versatile property could set the damage I want. For example, I would like to take a greatsword, drop Two-Handed, and add Versatile to give it 3d6. As of now, when I tried it, even though I put 3d6 into the homebrew creator, it just changed it to 2d8. That’s still cool, but not quite what I wanted.
Also Reach, I would love to be able to set custom values to take it to say 15 or 20 ft. for a magic Whip.
Hey there DDB! I would love it if there were some way to tie some modifiers in with others when we create a Homebrew. For example, if I make a weapon with Versatile it would be nice to say it does something like +1 AC as long as it is being wielded with two hands, but not if it is meting wielded with one hand. Of course, that’s predicated on you taking my request to add a “Two-Handed” checkbox next to the “dual wield” checkbox on the character sheet. Thanks for listening!
“Modifier—>Bonus” “Modifier Subtype—>Speed Multiplier” for effects like Haste where it doubles the target’s speed. Is that possible? Thanks for listening!
I would love some modifier that would allow me to make a feat/magic item that would add additional damage dice to an Unarmed Strike the same way Flame Tongue does.
I would love for there to be a way to modify or create simple weapons that aren't magical. I was trying to create a Bowie Knife that can be used as a dagger but with slightly better damage output and there is absolutely no way to create this in a way that isn't magical. There also isn't a way to effectively give a weapon bigger range either. When I choose the "Range Weapon Attack" option, there is no way to change that range. Even if I decide to make a weapon thrown, there isn't really a way to change that range either.
I guess what I am asking for is more weapon creation/customization options. That would make things a bit easier.

this might belong under bugs, but homebrew subraces do not appear in the homebrew search

"Not all those who wander are lost"
It would be nice to have a modifier that gives a bonus to a Monk's Ki Save DC and to the number of Ki points a Monk has.

I would like to see the ability to change the range increment/distances for longbows, shortbows, crossbows, guns, etc.
Various option for base weapons, pretty please
