I agree it would be nice to be able to create custom weapons that could be "homebrewed".
The closest workaround I have found is to add a normal weapon to the character and then customize that weapon. Although there are a lot of factors you can override, base hit die, range, and reach are unfortunately not options. So I guess maybe find a weapon that has the closest to those three things and modify the rest?
But, yeah. +1 for more flexibility on customization and to be able to add non-magical weapons.

If possible, would you be able to add the ability to use homebrew feats under the Modifier->Feats without having to use the choose a feat option. Because otherwise you only get access to the Players Handbook and base feats.
Ideally this would actually add max hit points too.
I have a player with "monster levels", basically he can level up in Doppleganger. We made a workaround with a magic item than grants most of the abilities, but adding max hit points and hitdice does not appear to be an option.
I have no idea why this isn't a thing, but for me personally, I would like to be able to create my own deities, not like have it in my campaign, but to have it be an option for my character creations, cuss the ones that are available right now are ok, but I don't really connect with them, so having one that I can create myself would be great, if this is already available, please someone show me how or tell me how, I really would love to have a personalized option for my warlock's chosen sugar daddy/momma.

Not sure what you are asking for. Faith is just a text field, you can put homebrew gods in as easily as official ones.

There is a Manage Feats section in the features and traits portion of the character sheet. You can access homebrew feats off of it. You don't have to use the ASI choose a feat wizard to access it.
It'd be lovely to be able to replace the ability modifier used for certain weapons in features, a "Replace Weapon's Base Ability" modifier if you like. For example, I'm creating a subclass with a feature that allows it to use Intelligence instead of Strength when using Simple Weapons and a weapon you're proficient with of your choice. Right now I can only add the Intelligence modifier to the melee and ranged attacks but not to damage and without overwriting the base ability associated with it.
It would be similar to the Hex Warrior feature from the Hexblade Warlock, but a bit broader so you don't have to select the weapon specifically.
Working on a class (subclass, for the time being) that can expend hit dice to activate certain spells/abilities.
It would be great to be able to assign costs to abilities and have them be subtracted from the appropriate totals. For example, being able to press "cast" and expend hit points, spell slots, hit dice, ki, and/or sorcery points, etc.. with one button press.
I would like to be able to use the Situational toggle in order to highlight something like the Shield Master feat does so somebody knows to look at its description every now and then. Its always handy to mark saves or skills that have something extra tied to them. This would be handy for other things like Boots of Elvenkind and such that are situation oriented.
Toggleable features are not currently supported, but they are working on it as part of the Character Sheet revamp that is presently ongoing. That being said, the feature wouldn’t necessarily apply to something like Boots of Elvenkind. While wearing those boots, a character always benefits from their features, even if there’s nobody around to hear them. Boots of Speed On the other hand....
This is probably incredibly rare and has little demand, so I would understand if the developers don't bother with this.
I have a player who decided to trade off being an expert in one skill (History) in exchange for constantly being at a disadvantage in another skill (Perception).
It would be really nice if there was some way to tag a skill as being at constant disadvantage or advantage. Currently it only allows for +/- modifiers.

Wondering if an adjustment can be made for creating homebrew items. I was trying to make an item that offer a bonus to damage rolls for ranged attacks. I tried under Bonus, but those applied the bonus to "To hit" modifier and not the damage. As I looked under Damage subsection, the only option are the damage types, melee weapon attacks, or the longbow/shortbow. Is there some way to fix this or apply under this "Damage" modifier a drop down for range weapon attacks? Thank you.
I would love to be able to add new patrons for the blood Hunter profane soul (patron probably isn’t the right word, but you know what I mean).
Patron is the right word. They use the exact same patrons that the Warlocks use.
Except not quite, because you can add patrons for warlock as subclasses, but not for the profane soul subsubclasses
Profane Soul is the subclass. This is an option within that subclass feature. What you are asking for is the ability to customize an existing subclass. The specific feature specifies:
When you reach 3rd level, you strike a bargain with an otherworldly being of your choice: the Archfey, the Fiend, or the Great Old One, each detailed in the Player’s Handbook, the Undying within the Sword Coast Adventurer’s Guide, and the Celestial or Hexblade in Xanathar’s Guide to Everything. Your choice augments some of your order features.
If you click “Brows and Create Homebrew” then select to make a homebrew subclass. Select Blood Hunter as the class you want to make a subclass for. Select Order of the Profane Soul as the template you want to create a subclass based off of. Then you should be able to customize your own version how you want. Just change or add to the “options” for that “otherworldly patron” class feature, and the other features that use those options.

adding additional spell slots
initiative bonus using other ability
add +1 to ability, choose between INT, WIS, CHA
I would like to be able to use a weapon as a starting point but change the range or damage dice.

The way I read it was that it only applies when they're actively trying to move quietly, but yes, Boots of Speed would be a better example.
@saebel42 that's exactly what I was thinking too.
