Seeing T1 and B1 both drop to the floor,, and lots of people in the area of B2, Lilgrea moves to the north after hearing the yell of pain from Lan. Seeing Lan taking damage from B2, she fires off an Eldritch Blast at the bandit. Attack: 20 Damage: 10
Lilgrea's aim is true, and her purple eldritch blast strikes the bandit in the back. Sadly, he's still standing.
She is followed by Thug 2. He runs up to Lan, shouting "Lan? What're you doing? One chance, I'll give you one chance to join us or I'll finish you myself.". Holding his sword high, he holds his action, waiting to see what Lan does next.
Next up is Rizo, followed by Lan, followed by MInty. Map is updated with new positions.
(OOC: Lan is in a tough spot right now, he's going to have to make an important decision very soon. If anyone wants to give input on what/how he decides, now is the time!)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
It looks to Rizo that near all of them went South and the situation here is under control, while up North Lan is in peril. Not only is his life at risk but also his determination is tested to its breaking point. Trusting that the party can deal with the last injured bandit, he decides to turn North and show Lan that his decision to follow them was the correct one and that he count on his new companions, that they will stand up one for each other. Rizo runs North (30 feet straight, risking the OA) through the cloud (CON save 7), then summons a wildfire spirit (Action) a few feet South of Thug and Bandit (7 feet or so South of bandit 3, might be in the cloud, wildfire spirit CON save 19). Out of the poison cloud a swirl of gas incites and results in an explosion (Dex save DC 14 or 6 fire damage for bandit and thug) at which center emerges a fiery dryad-like creature that turns its gaze angrily to the thug. Rizo commands (Bonus Action), "Get Lan out there! Quick!" And the Spirit moves swiftly westwards around the bandit/thug (avoiding OA if possible) towards Lan (and in melee with the bandit or thug). She reaches out a gnarled branch of an arm that ends in a fair but fiery hand towards Lan. With urge in here slightly smoking eyes she tries to convey trust with a soft sidewards inclination of her head, prompting him to reach out for her. As soon as he does (he only really need to be willing actually), she throws her head in anger to the bandit and thug and hisses like a steaming tea pot before they both vanish in a puff of hot sparks (DEX save DC 14 or 4 fire damage for the bandit - or the thug if the bandit was incapacitated before). The fiery dryad appears just 5 feet West to where she started but Lan would find himself just next to Rizo (North to Rizo, and West of the wildfire spirit) and, hopefully, out of immediate danger.

Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.
(Darn, I can see a number of mistakes and typos but I don't dare touch the post with all the imbedded dice rolls. Bear with me.)
Maybe not everyone has access to the wildfire druid spec, the action that the wildfire spirit takes is the following:
Fiery Teleportation The spirit and each willing creature of your choice within 5 ft. of it teleport up to 15 ft. to unoccupied spaces you can see. Each creature within 5 ft. of the space that the spirit left must succeed on a DEX saving throw (DC:14) or take 1d6+2 fire damage.
Sorry, I'm beginning to enter a vacation period and while I will try to check-in at least daily, I cannot promise that I will always be able to do so. From September 1, I should be back to normal.
(That's a really nice ability, and a really well planned turn!)
Gulping in full lungs of air, Rizo holds his breath and runs straight through the poison cloud. He makes it through, and is able to see the bandit and thug next to Lan. Summoning his wildfire spirit, it apparates in the cloud, so it takes 5 poison damage. The resultant explosion takes the thug and bandit by surprise, as they try to dodge out of the way of it. Dex save for bandit: 10 Dex save for thug: 11
The explosion engulfs both the Thug and the Bandit. When it clears, you see that the Bandit is now on the ground, his body gently smoking. The Thug's hair is emitting some smoke, and is clearly singed. As the spirit moves towards Lan and reaches her fiery hand towards him he initially recoils but, realising the desperate situation he is in tentatively reaches for the hand. Hissing at the Thug, she disapparates, reappearing at the edge of the smoke cloud (note - you said one square west of where she started, which puts her in the cloud again, so liable to a con save next turn), dropping Lan to Rizo's right (is where I've put him where you had in mind?) Dex save for Thug: 19
Seeing the spirit hiss at him in anger, the Thug manages to dodge out of the way of her anger, avoiding any more damage.
Next up in order is Lan. He turns to Rizo, and says: "Wha..What was that? Was that you? Thank you, thank you, I thought I was dead there." Clearly terrified, he moves North a little, and tries to hide. Stealth roll: 21
(I meant 5 feet west from where she started the teleport, i.e. she teleports 5 feet to her west (and Lan teleported 15 feet - the maximum).)

Taking careful aim at the Bandit, Minty releases a bolt from his crossbow, which embeds itself deeply in the bandits back, piercing his heart. With that, he falls to the ground, not breathing. Do you want to use your movement at all?
Next up in initiative is Justin followed by Egan.
(Quick note to UncleDobbin - your 12 damage was more than enough to finish the bandit, so your sneak attack didn't matter. However, just so you know, I don't think you'd have sneak attack. You didn't have advantage on the attack roll, and there wasn't an enemy of the bandit within 5 feet of him)

Sorry for the confusion. The "take careful aim" was intended to be a reference to the Steady Aim feature that allows him to get advantage as a bonus action if he does not move. Hence the advantage (and sneak attack damage) but no bonus action and no movement.
(Hadn't come across steady aim before - a very useful feature, which I wish was around a 4 years ago when I built my current rogue!)
Dashing around the poisonous cloud, Justin narrowly misses crashing into Lilgrea as he runs up to the thug, adopting a menacing posture. The thug, knowing that things have not exactly gone to plan for them, that his comrades have been defeated, looks at him with a slightly concerned but still aggressive look.
Next up in the order is Egan, followed by Lilgrea, then the thug.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Egan uses his movement to skirt the edge of the poison cloud. He sees Justin barreling past Lilgrea, and decides to use his last 2nd level spell to bonus action Misty Step to Lilgrea' right.
He gives her a nod, then launches a Firebolt at the last Thug.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Leaving behind traces of a silvery mist, Egan teleports next to Lilgrea, launching a firebolt at the thug. Sadly, it goes wild and veers off to the left a little, amusingly instead hitting the body of Bandit 3, causing his clothes to briefly burst into flames, before diminishing to a gentle smoulder, with wisps of smoke rising from him. The thug looks at the smoking body, surely knowing that his seconds remaining on the planet are limited.
Next in order is Lilgrea. In a casual manner, she holds our her crystal towards the Thug, and a purple Eldritch Blast shoots out from it in his direction. Attack: 18 Damage: 10

Thug 2 is the only remaining enemy.
