(Yes, we've been told that they are points of interest that we can search with an action. There can be quest items or other items that might be useful in some way. For the sake of brevity, I would propose that your familiar, @Cala, changes Initiative with Khazela if the DM permits. I don't mind that he goes before me and I think it would speed things up just a little bit.)

The imp has a 19 initiative..so not a big need for it to go ahead.. there are 10 things needing inspection.. so this will take some time unless we get good rolls.

There are probably even more tokens. These are just the ten items that Khazela (3) and your familiar (7) spotted. There was a post by the DM that explained the mechanic behind, i.e., a perception roll (as bonus action) determines how far away you can find items. Khazela saw 15 feet wide, it appears your familiar rolled for 30 feet. I think there are a bunch of tokens that we have not found yet. It is definitely a good idea to start searching. I think we might survive the current ones but if more come out of those doors, I fear we will be overwhelmed quickly.
I will move to j12 (using the stairs at k14) and cast my pact of chain version of find familiar. And have him turn invisible and fly north and up 20 feet and start looking for these objects
To my knowledge I’ve gone (I’m xoden) and I created the familiar as my turn. And moved. As my first turn
if it’s my second turn. I’d want to know how the familiar got skipped.
You are right, it is already your second turn. The DM took the instructions from your first turn post as indications for your familiar's turn (turn invisible = action, and search for items = bonus action, plus moving upwards, moving northwards they forgot I guess). It appears the DM also rolled Perception for your Familiar's search action but didn't post the result, given that the familiar found items in a 30ft radius it must have been a high roll (20 upwards) or flying up high (30 feet above surface) increased the radius significantly (but still they must have rolled at least 15).
Before I take damage and begin my turn, may I spend a reaction and cast a spell from my Origin Feat?
I'm unsure if you ask for yourself or someone else, and I can't answer for the DM (they may allow you to do it), but I checked your character sheet (Charlotte is it, right?) and you don't have any spells that can be cast as reaction (such as Hellish Rebuke or Shield). Spells that require an action or bonus action to be cast, cannot be cast as a reaction.

imp on his turn goes to j6. He should be able to get there and pick up item (bonus action or action).
what additional mechanical interaction with the item is needed to determine if it is what we need?
He should be able to do that as you say. No idea what will happen once it is picked up, though, we will have to wait for the DM to chime in. With any luck the imp stumbled upon a cache of magic darts of goblin slaying. Still, either way, Xodon should finish their turn before the imp can act.

I’ve finished xodon turn per the thread above.
I’m afraid I’m lost. In your post, I see that you want to move the imp and that (presumably) the imp picks up the item to learn what it is (this is an action, specifically the imp‘s action). Commanding the imp is a free action for Xodon, which means Xodon can still use his own action, a bonus action if available, and his movement allowance. All of that is independent of the imp. Xodon may cast a spell with his action, dodge attacks he might expect, dash away or whichever other action you find suitable.
I only try to help, I’m not sure what you want to do and certainly don’t want to tell you what you should do. But could you describe with different words what Xodon is doing?
Sigh. I’ve been playing for about 40 yrs. I appreciate the attempt to help. But I don’t think I need it for what your assuming I do (thanks for trying to help I’m good)
I’ve made my turn I missed and I’m telling the dm what I’m doing with my imp
i don’t know if I actually have to pick something up to tell that we don’t need it and waste an action. Which is why I need the DMs input
more specifically since I didn’t state movement I stay in the last place I was
since I said I missed (and no one is around me ) my range attack didn’t work which counts as my action
amd I’m choosing by not stating I’m using a BA to not use one
I believe that we may on getting close to the various things on the ground that the activity of moving towards it and getting close enough will tell us if it is in fact one of the three things we need without actually having to waste an action. Which is my hope
if however the dm requires us to interact with said objects (Ie maybe they are wrapped in a box) then the imp will have to consume an action vs using action to do something like a dash to another item
but to me all above are a obvious
again just trying to be more explicit (not mad. Upset, etc but I really don’t feel the need to continuously detail in words what my character isn’t doing to explicitly express inactions and the rational of not using things Ie movement BA etc)
I apologize for being so insistent and I thank you for the clarification, I didn't check the game log and thus didn't realize that you rolled for an attack. I'm also curious to see what the DM will say about the item interaction, specifically what we can learn about the items just by being nearby or basically standing on one.
In any way, Khazela's next turn will be that she casts Resistance against piercing damage on herself and burrows into the ground and moves under the wall structure to her northwest (some 10 feet to get away from these two goblins surrounding her to O-20.5). This movement may cause attacks of opportunity from the two goblins and I will wait to see if the goblins do attack (and perhaps hit and fell her) before continuing with the movement.
To take the item at the designated spots will just need an action. Then a flat roll to determine what you did pull out of the sand/debris. Any repeat numbers will be rerolled again. And I'll quote the action to announce what was found.
Apologies for not updating the initiative tracker and causing a bit of a discussion.

( i assume the ten * on the map ar e the things that need to be inspected to find the 3 items we need)

Im simply waiting for my familiar initiative so I can do something
Technically, it is Xodon's turn first.

I already moved here
Before I take damage and begin my turn, may I spend a reaction and cast a spell from my Origin Feat?
