No matter how far away Yesqirelle is, she'll use all her movement to go towards the commotion. If she can't get within LoS and 60 feet of the armor, she'll dash. If she can without dashing, she'll cast toll the dead on the armor.
DC 13 Wis save or take 4 necrotic damage, or 7 necrotic damage if the armor has taken any damage by the time that Yesqirelle has taken her turn.

Bala will use Feline Agility to move double his movement up the stairs to (hopefully) be in eyeshot of the fight. If he is, he will pull up his new hand crossbow and take a shot at the armor.
Bala, with your increased speed you sprint up the two flights of stairs to the third floor and fire your hand crossbow at the suit of armor. The bolt impacts but bounces off the armor doing no damage.
Adira, still no response.
Yesqirelle, you run up the stairs just behind Bala. From where you stand you fill the third floor balcony with the solemn toll of the bell. WIS save: 10
Ericina will move towards the strange armor as she calls on her magic as she mutters something and a small flame forms in her hand. If she can get within thirty feet she will launch it towards the armor.
Ericina, with your full movement you only manage to climb one flight of stairs. You now stand on the second floor with no line of sight.
(Also with Produce Flame, you can create the flame as one action and throw it on another turn. So you can make it on the second floor and then on your next turn get to the third and throw if you'd like.)
I can attack with the spell when it is cast or later on throw the flame. In the description it says so.
When you cast this spell, or as an action on a later turn, you can hurl the flame at a creature within 30 feet of you. Make a ranged spell attack. On a hit, the target takes 1d8 fire damage.

Krolbrik, you dash up to the top of the stairs. Pushing past Yesqirelle and Bala on the stairs, you reach the third floor landing and see the suit of armor hovering over the unconscious body of the kobold, Aka.
Aka, you take the second hit and collapse on the ground, but it only strengthens your resolve. You pull yourself back onto your feet. It's your turn, you have 1 hit point.
Once per short rest as an action, you can cower to distract foes. Until the end of your next turn, allies gain advantage on attacks against enemies within 10 ft. of you that can see you.

At the second floor landing you call forward a flame in your palm.
Next is the animated armor which will attack the first target it can see, Aka. It brings down a heavy metal hand on you. Attack: 13 for 4 bludgeoning.
