The cultists move in such a way to completely encircle Villonah's position {DE-11, DD-11, DD-12, DD-13, DE-13}. Even then, only three of them attack the gnome. Two others decide to face Utar and Doozey instead.
-> Scimitar vs. Doozey: Attack: 17 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Villonah's magical shield blocks most of the incoming attacks. Utar's physical shield also does its job. The decision not to equip his own buckler comes back to haunt Doozey though, as one of the cultists lightly cuts his right cheek. (Villonah takes 3 slashing damage; Doozey takes 3 slashing damage.)
Two of the hobgolin archers now successfully spot Neya on the higher branches of the nearby tree. They aim upward from their position on the rope bridges and let an arrow lose each (Neya gets +2 cover from the foliage):
One of the shots is accurate enough. It would have made contact with the monk's bent elbow were she not to deftly palm it out of the sky. (Deflect Missiles reaction; reference.) (Neya takes 4 piercing damage; pending a reaction?)
The two hobgoblins that had rushed into the central tower now emerge at the very top of it. They begin to interact with something up there, but nothing happens just yet (they ran out of actions.)
The last two hobgoblins, the ones that just joined the battle, take their positions near the northeast corner of the tower {CY-15, CY-16}. From there, they take shots at Yalek:

Villonah's shield disperses and she immediately calls her sword to ignite. She aims her first stab at the cultist Yalek had injured, before twisting into an attack at a neighboring cultist.
The first foe falls even before he can feel the lick of the flames. The other cultist gets punctured and burned, but she still stands. (Cultist #3 takes 12 piercing and fire damage and is DEFEATED; Cultist #2 takes 11 piercing and fire damage.)
Not one to hide behind walls, Garbul walks through the Wall of Water {DB-12} with a javelin and a shield in his hands. After chucking the first missile at Utar, he quickly draws another and repeats the motion:
Utar blocks the first javelin with his shield, but the second flies directly into his left thigh. The impact is so strong that the tip of the javelin pokes out the other side of Utar's leg. (Utar takes 23 piercing damage.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Graxx sees the javelin pierce Utar and he howls with rage
"THEIR WIZARD IS RAISING THE DEAD!"
Graxx will ignore the zombie at first and will move to attack the closest cultist with his Pike. He does this recklessly and with great weapon mastery.
Attack: 19 Damage: 20
Attack: 21 Damage: 30
Divine Radiant to First Hit: 8
IF Graxx kills the cultist he will use his Bonus Action to perform an additional attack by the GWM feat to the next closest cultist.
(OOC: As @Drache said, Graxx goes all Tasmanian Devil on these cultist!)
Graxx ignores the zombie next to him and goes on a running, turning, and stabbing frenzy. No cultist is safe! The barbarian even steps on the corpses of his fallen foes (like a white flames which dances?) to reach the next victim and he goes. The one surviving cultist looks terrified. (Cultist #1 takes 24 magical piercing and radiant damage and is DEFEATED; Cultist #5 takes 31 magical piercing damage and is DEFEATED; Cultist #6 takes 22 magical piercing damage and is DEFEATED.)
In his eagerness to get through, Graxx exposes himself to a passing attack from the prone zombie:
The undead creature is simply too slow to catch the crazed tribesman. By the time Graxx finally slows down to take in his surroundings again, he notices he is right in front of Garbul!
(OOC: The surviving cultist is to the right of Villonah.)
Utar sees the attack coming from a mile away and simply shifts his shoulder so it hits his pauldron harmlessly.
(Neya, Doozey, Yalek, and Utar are up next. Neya can assume there are tree branches that hang over the rope bridges. An acrobatics roll would be needed to traverse them.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Utar looks down in disbelief at the javelin sticking through the tender meat of his thigh and sucks some air through his teeth. That is going to leave a scar.
With hobgoblins returning to haunt CRAP almost as quickly as Graxx can put them down, Utar determines that a little help from his friends might be exactly what's needed. Casting spirit guardians, he gives a knowing nod to his former comrades as they go about their bloody business.
In the distance his spectral warhammer tales another swing at Ixas.
If roll was enough to get on the bridge, Neya will move to the door of the central tower (I guess she triggers Opportunity Attack?) As soon as she gets to the door, she will open it, step inside, and cut down the rope bridge behind her (or at least one side of it).
Shortsword on rope bridge: Attack: 15 Damage: 8
(LMK if I need to roll another attack)
Extra shortsword on rope bridge Attack: 10 Damage: 8
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Torn between chancing a solo mission in running off to the west for the horn and that of giving chase for Ixas, the stoutling mumbles the closest thing to a halfling curse word as he drew forth Apostle. "One thing at a time." He muttered, before then rushing forth, feeding Apostle a bit of life force without a second thought. A moment later, he's stabbing crap out of the knees of whatever cultist remained by Villonah!
Then out goes a sharp whistle, prompting Taters to circle around and behind the hobgob leader.
Bonus Action: Activate Crimson Rite on Sling, taking 2 damage.
Movement: To DE-11(?) or wherever would get Doozey in melee.
Neya nimbly walks on one of the tree's longer branches and hops down with an elegant landing that barely rocks the rope bridge. She ignores the nearby archer and moves toward the tower.
She also ignores the archer's poor attempt at bludgeoning her, cutting the rope bridge down once she makes it into the tower proper. The hobgoblin swings down with the bridge, crashing onto the floor. (Hobgoblin Archer #4 take 7 bludgeoning damage and is prone.)
Neya is now in the second floor of the central tower. The walls are made of stone and there are stairs leading both up and down. The small room is organized like a working area, with a desk, shelves, and a small lockbox that has been opened. There are three other doors here in addition to the one Neya used, each leading to another elevated rope bridge outside. Ixas stands just a few feet away from Neya, ready to use the south door. She is wearing a damaged mask, which seems to be cracked in two places forming an symmetric "X" that meets just above the nose. The mask looks like this (plus the cracks):
Doozey puts away his sling and unsheathes Apostle, letting some of his own blood drip on the blade on purpose. (Crimson Rite;Doozey takes 2 damage.)
He quickly walks pasts Villonah, stepping on a body just like Graxx did, to reach the other side of the last cultist assailing the gnome {DD-14}. With two quick pokes of his magical blade, the ranger forces this cultist to also bite the dust. (Cultist #2 takes 25 magical piercing and lightning damage and is DEFEATED.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.

Utar thinks of removing the javelin from his thigh but decides on a different priority. He re-invites his old company onto the battlefield and orders his spectral warhammer to move a bit closer to the hobgoblin archer that had just fallen from the cut rope bridge {CZ-11}. The hammer does so and swings on the prone enemy. From the other side of the Wall of Water, Utar sees that his weapon brought an end to the archer's life. (Hobgoblin Archer #4 takes 11 force damage and is DEFEATED.)
-> Damage roll: 13
After this carnage, the zombie is the only enemy within range of Utar's spell. Grewalt shoots his crossbow but misses. The radiant aura of his shot is still enough to hurt the zombie though. (Zombie takes 8 radiant damage.)
Two cultists appear from the north path, yelling that "Zaralda needs help if she is to keep reviving corpses!" In the distance, it looks like Brother Keefe and his companions have been thinning out the necromancer's underlings at the northeastern gate.
The ongoing necromantic ritual revives another nearby foe, randomly determined (6). The cultist that Doozey had just killed begins to rise as a zombie.
Some far away sniper/archer shoots an impressively accurate shot at a randomly determined adventurer (6) (Damage: 2; Yalek takes 2 piercing damage.)
Before exiting the tower, Ixas looks at Neya and creates frostbite on her left hand.
-> Neya's CON saving throw {DC 15}: 11 Damage: 6
Neya's hand won't be able to form a fist for the next few seconds. (Neya takes 6 cold damage.)
The tiefling then steps out onto the south rope bridge and looks down at her other foes. She walks down the bridge and onto the top of one of the buildings to the south {DG-13}.

Villonah's magical shield blocks most of the incoming attacks. Utar's physical shield also does its job. -> Doozey's concentration check {DC 10}: 10 -> Healing Spirit drops.
The cut is just enough of a bother for the hunter's concentration on manifesting "Biscuit" to drop.
Edit: I forgot to add a d4 to each of those attack rolls. It could only make a difference to the third attack, so here's a roll: 3.
