(@MB: I'm giving you advantage on the first attack for coming out of a hidden position. Here's a second roll: 19)
Ghee comes out of hiding to finally join the fray, giving the goblins even more confirmation that these gnome and dwarf villagers are now in full revolt! And led by a disgusting purple grung on top of it all!
Without knowing that the nearest grung is still under Saros' influence, Ghee attacks him! The shoulder bash is effective, as is the "Chultan kiss" ( I love it!) The goblin wobbles but remains ready to retaliate. (Batiri #2 takes 15 magical bludgeoning damage.)
These attacks are better thought-out. Two spears and a knife catch Ghee's shin and knees, while two javelins pin down Ang's feet (just flavor.) The fight has fully broken loose now. (Ghee takes 16 piercing damage; Ang takes 13 piercing damage.)
The isolated goblin at the norther supply shed tries to launch another javelin:
-> Saros' concentration check {DC 10}: 8 -> concentration on Blur is dropped.
Despite his spell, Saros feels another piercing pain on his side. (Saros takes 3 piercing damage.)
The four goblins that Saros spotted inside the southern supply shed make their way up the ladder and through the trap door {AP-44, AP-45, AQ-44, AR-45}. Although they are eager to join the fight now, it looks like it took all they had at this moment to just reach the rooftop.
(Bleep, Darrik, Saros, Ang, and Khan are up next.)
(@Lerus: It should've been dumbed down to 'If she sees a goblin flee, she shoots an urchin bullet. Which fortuantely did not trigger before her turn regardless)
Khan sighs seeing Ghee spring into action. 'Probably for best. Still need that one' She thought as she refocused her sights upon the Batari, and began channeling the spirit of the goddess Nangnang. Though a selfish and cruel being, it was her drive the Orange zeroed on, and with her ki focused that concept into the Urchin bullet, giving it a certain unnatural liveliness to it.
With every shot after using the slingshot, the Grung coated her spiny bullets with poison, adding to its deadliness, before eventually springing onto the back of the guard post and cling there for some safety out of sight from most goblins.
Bonus Action: Frog Kenpo - Nanang's Will.
Action: Frog Kenpo - Dance of the Quipper (targeting Batiri (AU-49), or if dead next wounded target in view() [Lethal, Urchin Shot, Poisoned]Slingshot - Attack: 15 Damage: 6 piercing. Bleep will wait for one of the newcomers to get close to him before striking at them (whether they stop by him or pass by him) before slicing them with a poisoned dagger.
Poisoned dagger attack (with advantage and sneak attack, assuming the disguise is enough to grant them) Attack: 27 Damage: 42
(@Drache: Yes, they are still counting Bleep as one of their own, so I'll give you advantage in this attack. Also, there is no need to ready an attack. Two of the goblins are right next to you after they moved to attack Ghee.)
DM's Screen:

As three goblins pounce on Ghee, Bleep waits for the right moment and shoves a dagger into the back of one's neck. The Batiri becomes limp immediately. Bleep can probably count this as his cleanest kill ever as a hunter. (Batiri #7 take 48 piercing and poison damage and is DEFEATED.)
The attack does not go unnoticed, however, and the other goblins point and yell at Bleep!
Darrik begins to pick up speed as he turns into his battle-bear form once more. He reaches the side of the wooden steps and starts biting and clawing. In his excitement, the jaw snapping motion is completed a bit too early to actually catch a goblin, but the claws find their mark. The poor charmed Batiri was the one that got in the way of the attack, and he pays dearly for it. (Batiri #2 takes 10 slashing damage and is DEFEATED.)
(Saros and Ang are up next. I'll resolve Khan's turn after that.)
Ang place some poison on a bolt and shots one of the goblins in close combat with Ghee. Light crossbow: 19 ; damage piercing 11 + sneaking 13 Poison on the bolt: DC12 or 5 poison
Ang then decides to guide Ghee attack (bonus action to give advantage) "You choose poorly Goblins ! This is the day where you will meet your maker. Ghee, attack this one ! He is injured on his left leg !".
The sudden appearance of yet more Goblin's that are likely to overwhelm him if he stays put turns his thoughts immediately to self-preservation, taking his Bonus Action to invoke Misty Step which sees him dissolve into a silvery mist before their very eyes, and he will reappear at AU42 quietly reassuring Khan "It is Saros" just in case the trigger happy grung assumes that a goblin crept up on her (ie diagonally behind Khan if possible) or at AT42. As he appears he will pull a healing potion from his belt, rip the top off and down it to restore some of his vitality (7HP restored). For his movement he will be seeking to find some cover, moving into the treeline (?) to put something solid between him and those javelins.
If Omen is not caught in the Misty Step spell (as a possession), then he will instruct the bird to flee into the sky (pretty much vertical flight of 50ft) and out of range of the javelins
Ang also makes use of a viscous substance, poisoning her next projectile. Her shot is accurate, hitting another goblin right in the eye and dropping her. The poison never even has time to affect the target. (Batiri #3 takes 24 piercing damage and is DEFEATED.)
Omen tries to fly high up but a goblin still has a chance to swipe at the bird:
(@Ori: Maybe I just didn't read your readied attack's trigger right... Also, I'm interpreting that bonus action as Kensei Shot. Is that right?)

The battlefield has changed drastically since Khan decided to stay her hands some five or six seconds ago. She loads her spiky bullets on her sling, ignores Saros' arrival, and invokes Nangnang's determination. She releases her attacks and hits the nearest Batiri at least once. Unfortunately for the orange grung, her poison does not take effect. (Batiri #5 takes 6 piercing damage.)
Khan then attaches herself (and Blip) to the outer wall of the nearby storage shed and moves a bit inward {AQ-42}.
15. Darrik (53/56 + 34/34) - in the form of a Brown Bear;
09. Saros & Omen (17/32) -
07. Ang (25/38) -
07. Khan(45/48) - speed halved;

NOTES: The "Padlock" symbols represent doors and trap doors. The log gate/wall in column 45 is considered open. Climbing the stone at or around {AR-57} and {AS-55} is considered as difficult as going up steps. Other climbable areas may require a skill check.
Ghee gives a swift nod to Ang: message received. He follows it up with a swift kick to the goblins left knee, hoping to crumple it to the ground.
Doubling down, Ghee aims a couple a spear thrusts at the goblin for good measure.
Attack 1: 25 Damage: 6
Attack 2: 11 Damage: 5
Bonus Attack: 7 Damage: 7
Assuming that goblin goes down, Ghee will reposition himself to take on the goblins around AR,46. If the goblin doesn't need three attacks, Ghee will bundle into the goblins there and do a bit of damage too.
Ghee takes the opportunity shown to him by Ang and smacks the nearby goblin's knee. The dwarf monk tries to follow that up with another two blows but the Batiri's war mask acts similarly to a shield in this case, deflecting the attacks. (Batiri #5 takes 6 magical bludgeoning damage.)
The four Batiri that came up the ladder join the other two that are still standing {AT-47, AR-47, AR-48, AR-49}. All six of them dish out some attacks, targeting nearby enemies with no particular strategy in mind:
The goblin assault is fairly successful. Only Bleep moves fast enough in place to avoid many of the spear and knife thrusts aimed at him but, in the end, each target adventurer is pierced twice. (Ghee takes 7 piercing damage; Ang takes 6 piercing damage; Bearrik takes 9 piercing damage; Bleep takes 6 piercing damage.)
The last goblin to attack, the one still atop the storage shed to the north, moves to the corner {AF-43} so he can get a glimpse of the orange frogling he saw a moment ago:
Not wanting to use his more potent spells on the goblinkind, Saros instead peeps out from behind cover long enough to draw forth Toll the Dead, targeting Batari #5 (who has already taken damage).
Wisdom 15 save or take 12 necrotic damage
