Ang excuses herself as she squeezes between Saros and the wall. She aims her crossbow carefully and, with a deep breath, observes the bolt as it hits the back of one of the guard's head. The bolt goes through his helmet and cranium, skewering his left eye and bringing it out of its socket. The poison drips from the "floating" eye, never having a chance to take effect. Ang doesn't see this, but Khan does. (Guard#5 takes 39 piercing damage and is DEFEATED.)
Ang then reenters the courtyard and jumps into a nearby bush.
(Khan's turn is still up. She is in melee with the last remaining guard and the surviving jaguar.)
Khan winced in pain as flesh sizzled upon her back, and then turned scowling up at the wizard; all but ready to leap after the man. But for all of her anger, the very real threat the beast at her side at least posed reminded her to focus her attention at the problem at hand.
Whereas axe catches the beast in a glancing strike, pain jolting from her shoulder throws off the follow-up jab for the face. With a determined croak, she followed thru stomping and re-affirming her footing, before then snapping into another furious combination of kicks.
(If last jaguar falls before attack sequence completes, targeting the last guard with the rest. If both fall, moving towards wizard by closest direction possible)
Khan decides to attack the pet even after being teased by its master. Her axe slashes, her jab misses, and her double kicks land. (Agile Parry enacted.)
Despite adding a few wounds to the mammal-reptile hybrid, Khan fails to put the creature down. (Kamadan#2 takes 20 slashing and bludgeoning damage.)
-> Darrik's CON saving throw {DC 12}(Dwarven Resilience):25 Damage: 7
Khan sees the claw attack coming as soon as the creature begins to raise its paw. It is an easy dodge for the trained grung. Darrik manages to raise his shield in time to block the first two serpents snapping at him, but ends up lowering it too soon. The other four serpents sink their fangs into the green dwarf's flesh, and one of them even manages to catch his neck despite the presence of the thick, mossy beard. (Darrik takes 9 piercing and poison damage, already halved.)
As Mez disappears in a puff of smoke, Ghee takes a moment to focus in on the new location of the spellcaster. The mote of flame that scorched his shoulder was also a pretty big hint.
Taking a deep breath, Ghee looks at the distance he's going to have to cover. "Awright then, maximum effort."
(Spending a ki point on step of the wind to dash towards Mez. I think the double movement and jump should mean he arrives at BA,18 with a little to spare.)
Arriving, he gives Mez another eyebrow raise and unleashes a couple of non-lethal palm strikes.
Ghee turns around, notices where Mez Kara has escaped to, and gives chase. He is especially quick, catching up to the young apprentice with stamina to spare.
The young elf can't help but let out a squeal of fear once Ghee raises his palms. The monk quickly notices that the girl is not built for close-quarters combat. She is forced to take a few steps sideways each time the dwarf's palms hit her, and she bruises up easily too. (Mez Kara takes 12 magical bludgeoning damage.)
Behind a different hedge, Bleep loads a poisoned dart to his crossbow, pops out of his hiding spot, and picks one of the three floating wizards at random. Odds are not on his favor and the expected outcome comes to pass. Another illusion falls. Two hovering wizards remain.
Bleep finds another nearby hedge to hide behind and crouches.

Fearing for her life, Mez Kara repeats her teleporting trick and appears 30 feet west from where she was a second ago {BA-11}. Upon reappearing, she briefly turns and throws another mote of fire at Ghee. Her magical repertoire seems to be a bit limited.

Finally back to the entrance Saros pokes his head around the wall to take in the scene, deciding quickly to target Weirding.
Pulling out another tube of blue glowing liquid, he recasts Hypnotic Pattern, centering it 5 feet above Weirding so that anyone at ground level is out of its range (WIS DC 15 to save if he is not immune).
He waits to see the effect before ducking behind the wall at AL1 to remain out of line of sight.

"Bubbles the Barbarian" (Locathah - Lvl 9) - Locathah Rising; Shai'ere Delatete (Githyanki Monk - Lvl 9) Rrakkma (deceased - MindFlayer); Saros Rockfoot (Deep Gnome Diviner - Lvl 5) - The Lost Kenku & One Grung Above; Tagret (Goliath Barbarian - Lvl 2) - Tales of Faerun;
Darrik rolls to the other side of the jaguar {AJ-17} and strikes the belly of the beast as he stands back up. The move works, and one of the snakes hisses at the dwarf. Darrik never notices that the surviving guard attempted an attack of opportunity against him. (Kamadan#2 takes 6 bludgeoning damage.)
Feeling ready to engage in battle once more, Saros peers into the courtyard to determine Weirding's location and meticulously places a Hypnotic Pattern right above the opposing wizard. Instead of looking up, the lord of the manor looks straight at the gnome: "Nice try, rock dweller!" The spell has no effect on Lord Weirding, and Saros is intelligent enough to understand that this immunity is no fluke.

The wizard floats up and to the west a bit, his remaining copy moving alongside him {AS-14, AS-15}. He is now back to being 35 feet above ground. The duo's left hands come together and separate a second later. As they do, three more rays of fire fly out to meet the same targets as before:
Ghee ducks just in time. Darrik shifts in a way that the ray directed at him only glances his right triceps. Khan does not react in time to avoid the attack. (Darrik takes 1 fire damage, already halved; Khan takes 6 fire damage.)
Though tempted to back hand the guard for good measure following the parried attack, her attention turned quickly back onto the jaguar again. So, short of Ang doing her the honors of finishing off the jaguar with a well placed bolt, all of her attention goes towards trying to split the beast in a sorta of spinning dance of axe and foot, hoping to confuse the beast with her flourishes, only to strike its opposite side in a low blow or snapping strike to the jaw.
But come what may, it is to be last time she can use such technique for a while, as her inner strength finally begins to ebb away. Even enraged, she dared not try to force out more. Only pain and regret lied upon that road, or so Ghee had taught her.

Ang sees the wannabe wizard running away from Ghee and decides to help his companion. Still hidden in the bush, Ang aims at the Met Kara. Light crossbow:21, damage 9 + 8 + poison (DC12 CON 4)
She then moves to the next bush (AP4) and try to hide from the floating wizard Hide: 23
(@Grimnir: As explained in the OOC Chat, I'm applying disadvantage to your attack to account for the bolt passing through several bushes. This is in addition to Mez Kara gaining some cover benefit. Your final roll is a 12.)
Ang sees Mez Kara's silhouette come into her peripheral vision and decides to try her luck at a shot. From within a bush, the purple grung lets a crossbow bolt fly. The projectile loses speed as it passes through several other bushes. It then strikes a sturdier branch within the bush that is serving as cover for the apprentice wizard.
Ang reduces the distance to the wizard by jumping into the next bush over. She gets a feeling that Lord Weirding knows exactly where she is this time around.
Ang walks back to the gate and, still hidden, shoot at one the remaining guard.
Light crossbow: 26, damage 6 + 15 + poison (DC12 CON 7)
She then decides that hidding fro the wizard, rather than shouting strategies, is the best course of action. She disappears in the bush (AL4)
