So, here's a bit of an odd question for you guys. My group and I are starting a new campaign after our previous one ended in disaster (collection of lunatics + pyromancy + dry forest = one derailed campaign) and I was needing to create a new character. I've been on a Guild Wars 2 kick for a while now, and decided to try and create a Charr character from the game; obviously, I would be using a Leonin for the for the base race, but there is one tidbit that's been problematic.
Namely, the GW2 Charr have horns, which D&D's Leonin don't have; I've been looking around, trying to see if there are any options for a character to grow horns, and I've read on the D&D Wiki that Draconic Bloodline Sorcerer is one option. However, I'm unsure of that site's validity; most of the stuff there is Homebrew, after all.
So, does anyone know of a class that's non-homebrew that allows a character to grow horns? It can be anything; a specific class, I've heard someone mention Tiefling ancestry before, anything you guys can think of. It's not a super serious question, mind you; if it's not possible, then it's no skin off my back, I can run the character regardless.

You could reflavor the Form of the Beast natural weapon from the Path of the Beast barbarian as horns.

The Charr from Guild Wars are feline-designed; hence, why I was using the Leonin (Lion-men) rather than the Minotaur (Bovine).
Felines with horns. So, you could just as easily use Minotaur stats while making them look feline as use Leonin stats while giving them horns. Or use literally any other race with the kind of qualities you want and say they look like horned felines. The only real question is whether you want the horns to be functional and need mechanics for them.

If they are purely cosmetic, you might just ask your DM if you can have them. A lot of DMs let people run pretty wild with flavor stuff like that.
If you want to be able to use them, maybe re-skin a Minotaur.
Is there a reason you're using Leonin instead of the naturally-horned Minotaur?

"I've got horns."
That's it. That's all you have to do, and poof! Horns.
Note that tiefling horns have absolutely zero mechanical effect. Anything without mechanics attached is fair game as long as your DM is ok with it.
My homebrew subclasses (full list here)
(Artificer) Swordmage | Glasswright | (Barbarian) Path of the Savage Embrace
(Bard) College of Dance | (Fighter) Warlord | Cannoneer
(Monk) Way of the Elements | (Ranger) Blade Dancer
(Rogue) DaggerMaster | Inquisitor | (Sorcerer) Riftwalker | Spellfist
(Warlock) The Swarm

Again - as long as its flavour - it doesn't matter. You can easily choose a Minotaur for their mechanics and just say they are feline.

I think that's probably what I'll end up doing; I'll check with my DM to see if he's willing to allow it.
