After the recent School of Suùùp,s that I made, I wanted more summon-themed spells and inspired by Skyrim I made the spell below. I just hope it is different enough from summon beast to be a useful spell, I do love the idea of summoning a spectral-ish lycanthrope by your side to fight with you!
I ain't the best to balance spell summoning other creatures, but I try to improve, and this spell probably requires adjustment, which is why I'm there asking for feedback on this spell.

Summoning
You call forth a lycanthrope spirit. It manifests in an unoccupied space that you can see within range. This corporeal form uses the Lycanthrope Spirit stat block. When you cast the spell, choose a type of lycanthrope archetype: Beasthide, Longtooth, Swiftride, Wildhunt. The creature resembles the lycanthrope archetype of your choice, which determines certain traits in its stat block. The creature disappears when it drops to 0 hit points or when the spell ends.
The creature is an ally to you and your companions. In combat, the creature shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It obeys your verbal commands (no action required by you). If you don’t issue any, it takes the Dodge action and uses its move to avoid danger.
At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, use the higher level wherever the spell’s level appears in the stat block.
LYCANTHROPE SPIRIT
Medium humanoïd
Armor Class 11 (Longtooth and Swiftride only) 13 (Beasthide only) + the level of the spell (natural armor)
Hit Points 35 (Longtooth and Swiftride only) 40 (Beasthide only) + 15 for each spell level above 3rd
Speed 30 ft. (Beasthide and Longtooth only) 40ft. (Swiftride only)
Pack Tactics (Longtooth Only). The lycanthrope has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the beast’s allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.
Pounce (Swiftride Only). If the lycanthrope moves at least 15 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the lycanthrope can make one bite attack against it as a bonus action.
Actions
Multiattack. The beast makes a number of attacks equal to half this spell’s level (rounded down).
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d8 + 4 + the spell’s level piercing damage.
Claw (Longtooth only). Melee Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2d6 + 4 + the spell’s level piercing damage.
Reactions
Reactive movement (Swiftride Only). The lycanthrope can move up to 10 feet as a reaction when a creature ends its turn within 5 feet of it. This reactive movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.
Protective stance (Beasthide Only). If a creature within 5 feet of the lycanthrope is hit by a melee attack, it can use its reaction to make a bite attack against the attacker.
* - (the tooth of a wolf, and a moonstone worth at least 300 gp)
What does 300gp of blood look like? I would change this component to be a gem or gold thing with a lycanthropic theme to it. Or something with silver? Also, the Pounce feature references a weretiger, which I assume is from an earlier draft.
Otherwise, it looks good. My first impression was that it was too strong, but it matches up pretty well with Summon Shadowspawn.
My one design issue is that I'm not sure the Swiftstride and Longtooth versions differ much in their situational usefulness. Swiftstride is a bit faster, but they're both basically focused on dealing damage. Beasthide is clearly a more defensive choice, if one of the others had a bit of control (like it can howl to frighten or slow down enemies or something) then I think the spell would be more versatile.
Thanks for the feedback. I've corrected the Pounce trait, and changed the material component to be a moonstone worth 300 gp, as I think moonstone fits the theme too, if you don't think it does, maybe 30gp of silver dust.
I do agree swiftride and Loongtooth are quite similar, and I would like both to be more unique and different, and I love the howl to slow or frighten enemies idea! But I just fear it might become too similar to [Tooltip Not Found] if it also frightens enemies.
Tho the idea of slowing everyone seems quite nice and unique, maybe something like when the longtooth howl, every creature within 30 feet of him must succeed a WIS (or maybe CON) save o have their speed halved until the end of their next turn.
