Hello! First post, but I'm at an utter loss and I'm not sure where else to turn.
So in a game I'm running, I'm trying to create a Homebrew warhammer for a Cleric. I'm trying to add a rule that allows them to use Wisdom as the primary stat for hit/damage rolls in place of Strength, but I'm not sure where I'd make that change, or if it's even possible using the DNDbeyond homebrewing tools.

Does anybody have any insight?
I don't think that is currently possible for magic items. You can use a Custom Action to represent it though.

I have been trying a similar thing. In the end I had to just put it in the description and instruct the player to adjust it in their character sheet.
