Is there a way to override To Hit on an Action created by a homebrew feat? I know I can customize any Action to override To Hit directly on the character sheet. But I cannot figure out a way to do this in homebrew. What I got so far:
Action Type: Weapon
Ability Score Type: STR
Attack Range: Melee
Fixed Value: 5
Weapon Attack Subtype: Unarmed
Damage Type: Slashing
Display as Attack: Yes
Activation Type: Action
The Fixed Value of 5 adds a 5 to our STR modifier to display the correct damage, but I cannot figure out how to override the current To Hit with an arbitrary number that I want.

You have to add a separate modifier:
Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: Unarmed Attacks->Fixed Value: N
But that will affect all unarmed attacks. Otherwise that can only be adjusted directly on the character sheet itself.
