Both are amazing. I must say, it is odd that a literal snail moves about the speed of an average high-level monk.

This isn't actually a signature, just something I copy and paste onto the bottom of all my posts. Or is it? Yep, it is. Or is it..? I’m a hobbit, and the master cranial imploder of the "Oops, I Accidently Destroyed Someone's Brain" cult. Extended sig. I'm actually in Limbo, it says I'm in Mechanus because that's where I get my WiFi from. Please don't tell the modrons, they're still angry from the 'Spawning Stone' fiasco. No connection to Dragonslayer8 other than knowing them in real life.

It’s a colossal transport animal.
Ok. Still odd that it is so fast and yet also has no mention of speed in its flavor text...

This is a homebrew set of rules, rather than a creature, weapon or other. It also features 2 new feats to work with them.
The rules are all about falling, dropping, and landing on each other. It also features the "Way of the Skyhammer" Monk's feat for an additional method of dealing huge damage (at a bit of a gamble!) if you jump off something and onto an enemy!

I feel like dropping should probably an acrobatics check, or at the very least a dexterity (athletics) check, because you don’t need strength to land on your feet, you need reflexes.

I agree with you on it being Acrobatics rather than Athletics, I've just gone through and changed it!
I've also updated the "Way of the Skyhammer" to make it clear that you cannot confer more damage to the target than you cancel from yourself - to deal big damage, you need to take big risks!
I've also added a rewrite of the monks ability Slow Fall and a reference to Feather Fall style magic to clarify the interaction. I've also-also added a paragraph on creatures with a Fly speed catching themselves (the difference between Tumbling and Dropping being key here!), and I've added terminal velocity (maximum fall distance a turn is 400ft.) so that players can have fights in free-fall!
Ooh. I like it! Maybe the death burst trait causes creatures that fail their save also have to make a save against Infect? It’s not likely they’ll fail twice, but I feel like it would make it a bit more flavorful.

Volo's Falcon Dive, a spell I made inspired by ThorukDuckSlayer's amazing falling rules.
Pretty darn cool. It’s like feather fall for when you want to assassinate someone from above rather than float down. The damage of a level twenty arcane trickster using this plus sneak attack would be ridiculous. Even more so if you somehow get an assassin to cast it on themselves...
I’d imagine that this would be a spell that Artificers could use, it feels like it’s effects could be copied by some sort of device that transfers the energy from impact against the ground into damage or something.

That's really cool! and thanks for the compliment!
I think the most potent of these has to be the Druid, as they can fly up and then wildshape, then cast this as they fall to deal max damage! Which is, frankly, and awesome image!

You have pact armor that your patron has granted you. You can create or dismiss it as a bonus action. You choose what kind of mundane armor it is when you create it for the first time. In addition, it cannot be plate or splint when you create it the first time. You are considered to be proficient with this armor while you wear it.
Conjuring the armor instantly dons it. When you doff any piece of this armor, you dismiss the full set of armor. It also disappears if you use this feature again or if you die.
You can transform one set of armor into your pact armor by performing a special ritual while you hold the set of armor. You perform the ritual over the course of 1 hour, which can be done during a short rest. You can then dismiss the set of armor, shunting it into an extradimensional space, and it appears whenever you create your pact armor thereafter. You can’t affect an artifact or a sentient set of armor in this way. The armor ceases being your pact armor if you die, if you perform the 1-hour ritual on a different set of armor, or if you use a 1-hour ritual to break your bond to it. The armor appears at your feet if it is in the extradimensional space when the bond breaks.
In addition, if there is a Strength requirement for your pact armor, it instead has an Intelligence requirement of the same amount.
Invocation: Improved Ward Prerequisite: Pact of the Ward
Any critical hit against you while you wear your pact armor counts as a regular hit instead.
If the normal version of your pact armor would impose disadvantage on your Dexterity (Stealth) checks, your pact armor does not.
While you are wearing your pact armor, bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage that you take from nonmagical weapons is reduced by 1.
"You can transform one magic set of armor into your pact armor by performing a special ritual while you hold the weapon."
lil' typo there!
I like it, except for one particular bit:
"You choose what kind of armor it is when you create it for the first time."
That sounds like it needs some clarification for me, otherwise people might say "I make a suit of adamantine plate armour" or something equally powerful.
I'd stick with "You can transform one set of armor into your pact armor by performing a special ritual while you hold the armour", that way they can upgrade their armour as they face enemies and gather more of it, without being able to start off with the best non-magical armour they can get.
Alternatively, give them a maximum value of armour they can create, tied to their level, so that at certain points in their level up they can make more fancy armours, if their patron is pleased enough to give it to them!
And also a colossal snail, used either as an untouchable background element or as a method of transport!
