Hopefully, Wizards will be releasing another book of options for players soon. What do you want to see in it?
For me, it is actually the summoning spells. I liked the modular aspect of them, instead of the strange choices that you gave the DM in Conjure Animals. Another thing I would really want to see would be more subclasses and unique spells for the artificer.

A fool pulls the leaves. A brute chops the trunk. A sage digs the roots.
I agree about the Artificer. Something to make it clear that it is not something tied primarily to Eberron, but a class that can be played in any setting.
Though not a a "Finished UA" I desperately want more spells. I liked the summoning spells, but I also want a wider range of spells that use an element other than fire.
Rune knight, all the psi classes, armorer artificer, phoenix and stone sorcerer.
The last two are wishful thinking, but I'd at least like to see updated UAs.
Some changes I'd like to see is phoenix use it's main ability more often but toned down enough to use a few times per short rest. Stone sorcery I'd rather see heavy armor and shields than martial weapons though and the con to ac thing.
Though not a a "Finished UA" I desperately want more spells. I liked the summoning spells, but I also want a wider range of spells that use an element other than fire.
I would also like more unique spells for sorcerer and artificer, preferably not fire related.

I've really wanted to build a gish that wears medium/heavy armor and uses melee spell attack spells. There isn't enough support without using pact of the tomb or multi-classing. New spells would really help our
The summoning spells are ok. I liked the psionic spells from the UA prior to the last psionic one(when they had more of them, and Warlocks weren't cut out of stuff like Mind Thrust, GRRR). When it comes to subclass options, the ones that really excite me are the Rune Knight fighter, Path Of The Beast barbarian, Twilight Domain cleric, Circle Of The Stars druid, Phantom rogue, and Genie warlock. I also really want the new warlock invocations from the big Class Feature Variants UA, especially Far Scribe(where you write people's names in your Tome and can cast Sending to them). Some UA content I'd love to see revisited someday are the tool/skill/weapon feats they did a while back. I thought they added some interesting flavor to characters. I'd also like to see the assortment of racial feats expanded to cover more than just the PHB races. There was a set of unofficial ones that were done up for the races in Volo's Guide, I'd like to see something official for the Volo's Guide and Tome Of Foes races.
So: genie warlock, lurker in the deep warlock, fey wanderer, stars druid, rune knight, twilight cleric, path of the beast barb, creation bard. I also want more spells, and maybe some new monsters. I want the book to be 'Otiluke's Unearthed Magics'. It sounds like Unearthed arcana, but it differentiates it from the UA.

Definitely going to echo the need for a lot more spells. I've been marinating on some concepts for a bit. Got names for a lot, and have currently fleshed out the Cold ones. Gonna have to actually post them at some point. I hope they're mostly balanced.
Another thing I would want to see is an official gunslinger subclass. We have both the CR Gunslinger, and the Bilgewater Renegade, but I would prefer an official version.

I really loved the flavor for the "Wildmagic" Barbarian subclass and the Wildfire Druid subclass and would love to see a polished and official version of each of those.

I love wildfire druid, would also like a druid that can change to into elementals

It may be asking a lot, but I would like a subclass like the Wildfire Druid for all four elements.

Same that would be great
Maybe it could be designed similar to the Genie Warlock, where it's just one subclass, but each version of it has a different spell list and slightly different powers.

The only problem is: druids are against one element and the exclusion of others, as nature is a mix of fire, water, earth and air. The idea is cool, but it's like a less cared about metal-armour rule. Part of the druids identity, but not as accepted as the metal armour 'RULE'.

There was a pyromancer sorcerer in a planeshift article that I really liked and would like to see become "official"

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
