The link is broken. But I do have a question that I think pertains to the OP. If I get the master subscription, then buy the PHB then my 4 party members can log into my account and we all run it off of 4 tablets/laptops. Is this correct?

You're close, but that's not quite right.
You would turn Content Sharing "ON" in your campaign and your players (all with their own accounts) would be able to access the books you've purchased. And you could access any books they have purchased as well.
So I get the master subscription, and they all keep using their free accounts to log on and I share to their accounts?
Yes. In the campaign you are in with them you will choose to Enable Content Sharing. As long as they are in that campaign they can access the compendium for the books you purchases, and characters inside that campaign can access the content as well.

Keep in mind that they won't get the character creation options of the PHB until they have a character in the campaign that had content sharing enabled.
My Master Tier Subscription was paid through until 19 Jan 20 (tomorrow) and when I logged in today I did not have access to my Master Tier features. This really urks me as I already lost two gaming sessions due to D&D Beyond technical issues (with no compensation). Most of this year D&D Beyond worked perfectly and I would have no issue subscribing again, but I am on the fence about another subscription because I essentially feel cheated out of a promised day of service. I paid for 365 days subscription not 364.

Maybe if you right them a real nice letter they’ll refund you the $0.15 (USD) for the 1 day.

They actually compensated everyone with the discount codes for fixed values off books and bundles, the first time they've given out such codes.
As for you master tier subscription issue, it's possible that it was a displayed time mismatch; the system measured accurately but displayed an in-accurate end date. Or maybe the billing system bills on 364 day cycles (some do, due to how the math works). Either way, it's 1 day, $0.15, so I'm not sure that throwing in your Master Tier sub altogether is a fair response. Maybe reach out to customer service, perhaps they can explain why or clarify what happened?
I sent them my concerns on the 18th, but no worries I appreciate the forum responses here but the Master Tier Subscription issue is water under the bridge for me at this point. I'm grateful actually because it gave me a chance to realize that I do not actually need a Master Tier subscription and I'll certainly have less heartache about technical issues when I'm not paying an annual fee ontop of a product fee. Though, I still appreciate the good work that the D&D Beyond team are doing even if I am a less than easy patron to please.

I guess you don't get access to the books on the app with the annual master subscription.
did you buy them?
No, master tier removes adverts, grants unlimited character slots and allows content sharing within campaigns.

It is one account per person only.

It is an option in a campaign you create or join

i had to delete and recreate the campaign but it is working now. i made the campaign before i got the master tier so it might have been glitched.

Best I can offer is to Contact Support and hopefully they will be able to figure out what went wrong.
They are usually backed up on Mondays since they aren't available on weekend.

I did, no response. Thanks for the reply though.
How long since you contacted them? It can take a few days, longer over weekends
