I keep getting a error code saying I don’t own the content when I try to add some spells to characters I have in my campaigns. I went to my purchases and it said all my items were in sync, so I’m not sure what to do now. Please help

Do you have Content Sharing for your campaign? If so, turn it off and back on again.

If you don't have Content Sharing, you will not be able to add unshared character options to your players' characters. There's a current bug that lets you try to add them and causes an error, as you saw.

Im trying to download the Netherdeep book.

it says I already own it but it’s not letting me download it on the app. It just says “preparing” but never actually starts downloading.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Not working. It says “go to marketplace” then I go through the usual purchase steps. Then it says I already own it and can download it for free. But then it just says “preparing” and never downloads.

thank you that did the trick. i was able to add in different things before i had a subscription have the blocked that?

What do you mean?

Are you talking about as a DM being able to add content (feats, spells, etc) that you own to players in your campaign who do not own it; and without having content sharing enabled?

If so, that was a bug.
