When I enable the Fey Touched Feat it is not allowing additional uses of the two spells (Misty Step and Spell Choice) after the initial once per long rest casting. These spells should continue to stay on the list and utilize spell slots for additional casting.
This is because Feats cannot combine with the class features for things like spellcasting and spell slots.
The idea is you have the feat track the free uses and when using them with spell slots you manually check the spell slot off.

I thought it should would work similar to how Guiding Bolt works with the Starry Form Star Map abilities for Druid. It lists the spell twice on the spell list, one time as a single use and the other time as a spell that can be used with a spell slot.
Looking at this feat, it is not working in this manner. The feat instructions describe it as working in this manner, but the system is not doing that resulting in the need to manually override the system when wanting to cast the spell after the initial use. Clearly something is not working properly with this feat.

Yes, that’s how it’s sposta work, but “sposta” is a very dangerous concept. For some unapparent reason, feats can’t do that.

Thing is the starry form guidy bolt is a subclass feature, not a feat. Subclass features and feats work differently in the background. If Fey-Touched was a subclass feature, it could work fine and dandy.
It is my hope they'll change, since it seems the "and can also use spell slots" is going to be a standard moving forward. But until such a time, feats lack the versatile functionality of racial and subclass feats.

How the data-model and the routines work in the character sheet should interest players. The fey-touched description is very clear at this point (RAW in TCE).
Once you cast either of these spells in this way, you can’t cast that spell in this way again until you finish a long rest. You can also cast these spells using spell slots you have of the appropriate level.
So from user-side it is not complete implemented. So I expect that DDB react on this and write that this point will added to the their todo-list and inform the community if it will done. But i Found nothing about it yet.
Telepathic feat works (it allows a single cast + reuse with slots), so it can be implemented already, it is just a broken (or wrongly configured) feat.
They include both "Use" and "Cast" when the feature gives a specific spell, like Star Map mentioned above. The system doesn't currently support this when the feature lets the player choose their spell, so those display "Use" only.
Because Fey Touched has a player-chosen spell that can't display both, the "Cast" is intentionally omitted from Misty Step as well so that both spells from the feat are displayed consistently.
All the "Cast" button really does, though, is mark a spell slot as used, which you can do by simply clicking the spell slot itself instead.

This is happening for me as well.
