When viewing a character sheet you don't own or aren't the GM, you don't have access to the Notes and Description sections of the character sheet. If you open the console, go to network tab and find the json payload for that character at https://www.dndbeyond.com/character/[character's id]/json then you have all the information that you shouldn't have access to.
If I don't have access to notes when viewing a character sheet, the backend API should be aware of it and also blank out the notes section in the json payload. Blocking access using only the frontend leads to very easy information disclosure.
Not sure if this is a bug, intended behavior, or if I'm missing something. I'm trying to create a custom attack to represent the special -5/+10 attack granted by Sharpshooter, but I can't seem to make it work. I can give a damage bonus to it, but I can't figure out a way to add a bonus/override/penalty to hit.
If I wanted to customize my Longbow attack, I could do that, but I want to leave the normal longbow attack in place and add a custom one.

Add a second longbow, customize it and call it Longbow (Sharpshooter) or something like that, so you'll have both show up in your attacks
Not a perfect solution, especially if I'm using encumbrance tracking, but I think I can make it work for now by modifying the longbow and adding a custom attack to represent the normal longbow attack.

Whoa, Critical Role did have some of their secret character info leak online via DDB. I guess this is how it happened. Was hoping they were going to leave their character sheets public to support DDB but seems they chose wisely for the time being.
I have a Cleric/Ranger multiclass and ritual spells in the ranger list can't be clicked on in spells sidebar on the character sheet. Making them not rituals fixes it for now. Maybe something about ritual spells in a non-ritual casting class?
Bardic Inspiration on the Action panel doesn’t tell you what your inspiration die is. Also, Cutting Words uses your Bardic Inspirations so should have checkboxes for uses and should also tell you what the die is you’re supposed to roll.
When I try exporting a character to a PDF that has a homebrew subclass, I'm gettin the Beholder error. I tried searching the thread and nothing came up, so hopefully this isn't a repost.

I guess the question here is what is the proper snippet code for an ability score?
Got this while trying to open level 6 spell descriptions for my level 12 divination wizard:
I have a warlock monk named Harlock. Since the new character sheet went live I see this when clicking on the spells tab.
Weight Overrides on custom items still arent showing up in the equipment panel or item description, nor are they affecting total carried weight.
Thanks for the tip, but my Chrome is already at the newest version.
