so i take it this problem is still going on as of 07/20/2020? I wonder if the covid-19 pandemic is affecting development.
Maybe? But they first had to complete a massive overhaul of the back end of the character sheet. And development of features has always taken longer than we customers want, even pre-Covid. My impression is that all the moving pieces are more complex than we can imagine.
So I'm playing a warlock and I'm mark of the finding human. None of the spells are showing up despite the fact it says they would be added to my spell list. Is this a bug or what?
They are working on it, but first they had to complete a massive overhaul of the back end of the character sheet to enhance it's capabilities. Since that has been completed, they've started working on general feature enhancements and the Spells of the Mark is one of the types of enhancements they are currently working on.

Thing is this answer can only be used for so long because frankly, even with that, it still shouldn't have taken this long. The overhaul was completed a fair while ago now, they already have a frame of reference to work from (GGTR backgrounds have the same feature and that's been working since shortly after that book released) and this should be high priority. It's something we paid for and not getting, with no prior warning at point of sale.
Several months for a rather simple, feature they already have working code for (GGTR), including over a month since overhaul was completed, is frankly unprofessional at best or incompetent at worst.
The only reason I haven't demanded money back is because the workarounds are easy enough (which does confuse on why it's so difficult for them to implement if we can get it working using just the homebrew tools for a few minutes?) and because in almost all other areas D&D Beyond is fantastic.
As the days (and weeks) roll on by this "tHe OvErHaUl" response gets less and less like an answer and more and more like an excuse each time I see it. Especially since every bit of my 2 decades of coding experience is telling me it does not take this long, and so the only actual reasons is either incredibly bad code architecture, which should have been resolved by the overhaul and shouldn't be an excuse anymore, or because it's not being prioritised properly which is a slapworthy letdown for something we've paid for.

We get it - it's tough to take us at our word that we care and it's on the list.
There have been some significant issues that we've had to resolve, including the rework of the entire underlying character system. A good chunk of it wasn't of our own making, but complaining about that doesn't help. We just move forward because .... we WANT to be delivering functionality to make all the options work.
We all play and love D&D here and genuinely want D&D Beyond to be the best it can and we know it's seemed painfully slow for us to deliver these features.
I can't take you on a guided tour of the inner workings, or show you presentations of the issues faced and overcome - all I can really do is tell you that we are still listening and caring (we never stopped) and are continuing to work on resolving the backlog of features that we know need implementing.
Take a look at the updated D&D Beyond Upcoming Features trello board and you'll see what we're planning to deliver over the rest of this year.
Resolving the spells for Eberron races is part of that plan.
Still an issue as of today, trying to make a Dragonmarked Human sorc. I'm thinking about adding all the spells into a homebrew feat. Anyone have any luck with this?
EDIT: After scrolling through more comments someone has done something similar. Sorry for the useless comment.
I have noticed that when you select Mark of Hospitality for the Halfling you don't get additional spells when you should. https://ddb.ac/characters/33097922/5Rv8RJ I am not sure how long I'll keep this character up, but it's a bard at level 10, has access to 5th level spells but only has the spells the mark gave him from level 1. as of when I posted this leveling up the character doesn't add mark spells.
I'm testing out some characters and even at level 10 you only get the cantrip and the level 1 spell that comes with the mark. It says we should be getting spells 1-5 and I was hoping that by level 10 it would give me the level 3 spells from the mark, but I don't get any of the mark's other spells even when I level up beyond the spell level. DO we get the spells from the mark more slowly than regular spells, of so can we get a guide for when we should get mark spells.

Dragonmark variants/subraces - there are 13 of these presented in Chapter 1. All of them have a racial feature named, "Spells of the Mark" that adds spells to the character's spell list, if that class has spellcasting or pact magic. We haven't been able to model that correctly at this time, but will implement as soon as we are able to.
Does that mean we should get the spells from the Mark when we unlock those spell levels then? Lvl 3 for 2nd level spells, lvl 5 for 3rd level spells and lvl 7 for 4th level spells and so forth?
Since it hasn't been implemented, is there another way to add the spells? Bards don't really have a good way to add spells beyond what they get during levels. In fact I believe that only the Wizard has that ability at this time. But even then Wizards don't really have the ability to add spells out side their spell list either though.
As Sposta said above, the spells of the Mark feature hasn't been implemented yet. I wonder if you are confusing the "Innkeeper's Magic" spells with the "Spells of the Mark" feature. Your character has all of the "Innkeeper's Magic" spells on their sheet: those are all implemented at level 1 and there are no additional spells as you level up.
You don't have either of the level one Spells of the Mark spells on the character sheet. Sleep is already a bard spell option, but Goodberry is not. They wouldn't be automatically added anyway, even if the feature were active, as the Mark spells are added to your spell list; as a bard, you still have to decide whether or not you want to know them.
There are three workarounds suggested in the various threads about this:
1) homebrew copies of the appropriate spells, using the official spell as a template; change the name so you know it's a Mark spell (e.g. Mark of Hospitality-Goodberry); add all the casting classes to the "available to classes" box in the homebrew editor; save. This is my preferred method.
2) create a feat that adds the spells.
3) create a homebrew background that adds the spells (take the background you are using and add them)
You still didn't answer the actual question I had on my last post. The spells you get from the mark. Are they received normally as if you were a regular spell caster or are they received during a different set up like a half caster? That isn't fully explained either.
I understand I'll need to add them myself in a different manner, but should I add them at the same time those spell levels are unlocked or not.

They just get added to the list of spells from which you can learn normally. They are treated just like normal spells from your regular spell list.
If I understand what you are stating, that means that if you are a spell caster, half or full, you gain spells from the Mark at the same time you gain your regular spell levels for that particular class.
Since you still actually haven't stated if they are gained at the same time as your other spells or if they follow a different time frame.

The Spells of the Mark feature has not yet been implemented due to requiring precursor work that's only just been finished (character sheet overhaul)

still no changes, i have tried to to a human d'Cannith, but keeps giving me shield and thunderwave.
How could i change that without rewriting a full race ?
