I bought a new class about 20 mins ago and I am unable to access it Character Creation? I'm very confused on how to fix this problem, I've tried refreshing and signing out but neither have worked.
On the Home screen of the character editor are toggles. Make sure they are on (red) for the source the class was in. For example, for Artificer it's Eberron. For subclasses from Ravnica or Theros then turn on Magic: The Gathering. etc.

It can sometimes take 20 minutes or more for newly acquired content to push to the character sheet. What subclass did you purchase?
I know this is old but I just purchased some new class's the problem is it is spell jammer and it is not put into it so how do I turn it on do I have to purchase the book or what?
Spelljammer: Adventures in Space does not contain any classes or subclasses. It does have Races, Backgrounds, Magic Items, Spells, and Vehicles. If you still can't find your content, please post back here with more specifics.
Races: In the character builder, you should see these in the 1. Races tab.
Backgrounds: In the 4. Description tab on the character builder
Magic Items: You can add this in the Inventory tab on the completed character sheet
Spells: These should be available in the character builder when you go to select your spells.
Vehicles: These are available by hovering over the Game Rules tab in the nav bar at the top of the page, then click the Vehicle tab.

I've been waiting for over an hour now, I purchased the Samurai class.
Samurai is a martial archetype (subclass of the Fighter class).
You need to create a Fighter character and then advance it to at least 3rd level before you can select the subclass.

You need to be a Fighter and at least 3rd level. Then you should be able to select it as your subclass (Martial Archetype in Fighter's case)
