Is it possible to add a reach override field in the customize window for weapons? I have a player playing a bugbear and has a racial trait long limbed that makes his melee reach 5 ft. longer than normal.
Long-Limbed
When you make a melee attack on your turn, your reach for it is 5 feet greater than normal.
Well crap double posted, apologies.
This actually should be working, but looking at the data, there is a mismatch in what I expect in the sheet. I need to confirm some stuff tomorrow with other team members, but the bugbear racial trait should be adding 5 ft to all reach displays. The way the sheet is set up currently is: baseReach + sum(bonusReachData) and then +5 if Reach weapon property exists on the item
Thanks Czarbss, and I like the others who have commented love the new sheet, as well as my 13 year old nephew and the rest of my gaming group.
I like how the direction the updates are going. Couple notes
-- I agree that, at least for monks, the unarmed strike really needs to show up with other weapons on the pdf export. Too fundamental to leave off. And at the moment the increased damage die doesn't appear on the pdf export at all, which is a real bummer. There's just the generic reference to the damage die under the martial arts feature. Having to flip open the book for that doesn't really make sense and it should appear automatically on the sheet..
-- I'll again suggest that having the sneak attack dice appear near the weapon attacks somewhere for the rogue (both digital and export) would really make a lot of sense. The rogue will be using sneak attack on a regular basis during combat, and that info should show up in the 'combat' section (I realize that you've removed the section with that title, but it should appear near or around weapons somehow).
AD
Like a "Situational Damage" section under the attacks section, kind of like there's a section for situational saving throws under the Saving Throws section.
I love the new desktop view on my iPad, it looks and feels so much better.
Couple of other things from my earlier feedback:
I always found scrolling the wheel on the phone view to be much nicer than dealing with a tablet's keyboard for HP management, so perhaps that could be brought over to the tablet view?
It would be really great if there was an integrated healing option as part of the short rest. Right now, we typically roll all the dice and heal ourselves using the normal HP window, manually keeping track of how many hit dice we've spent. We then hit the Short Rest button and check off the correct number of hit dice. Having this all done from one window would be really helpful, as there'd be less of a chance of making mistakes such as spending too many hit dice and so on.
One of the complaints I hear most at our table relates to currency management, specifically when we get odd amounts of money after an encounter. Having to manually add things up and enter the totals really slows things down, so having a way to say "I just got 23gp, 37sp and 153cp" and have the sheet add these values for you would be great. This could be a sidebar like you currently have for managing XP, for example.
THIS IS FANTASTIC! In such a short amount of time after deploying a major update, you'd taken tons of feedback and deployed changes already. Wow. You've really outdone yourselves. Bravo!!!
QUESTIONS (PROBLEMS?):
I created an level 1 high-elf rogue. Under "bonus actions" it says it has "Two Weapon Fighting." I can't find anything in the rules that gives this to rogues. Is this a mistake?
For the same level 1 high-elf rogue, it has an intelligence of 14 (+2 bonus). Under spells it says my Save DC is 10. Shouldn't it be 12? (8 + ability modifier + prof. bonus)
For the Barbarian, it is great to have the Rage tracking in the main actions tab now. However, I don't see it change the damage or give any indication of a reminder you're raging. Is that by design right now? If so, I would suggest adding this to the same list the spell concentration tracking suggestions make.

Everyone can do two weapon fighting, you don't need a special ability to have access to it.
(You do need a special ability to add your str/dex modifier to the off hand attack's damage though.)
EDIT: And yes, your Spell DC should be 12... Assuming the spells it is tracking are Wizard Spells. If they are Warlock, Sorcerer or Bard Spells, it will be based off Charisma, and if it is Cleric or Druid Spells it will be based off Wisdom. If you hover your mouse over the DC it will tell you what class's spells it is showing the DC for.

Any creature wielding two light one-handed weapons can use two-weapon fighting. It's not a class feature.
More builder than sheet, but we need more toggles to allow houserule useage. Specifically, I need a toggle to get rid of stat requirements for multiclassing, or to take a second class regardless my stats, because my group doesn't use that restriction.
I haven't tried this, but maybe you could temporarily boost your stats, then decrease them after you've multiclassed?
Seems to work, yeah. I'd like to just be able to do it in the first place, but this works for now. Thanks

Every one gets two weapon fighting. Not everyone gets dual wielder.
Check if the DC for that spell is based on something other than Intelligence.

The Spell DC is at the top of the list, not specific to the spell (Prestidigitation). So it would seem it is reporting my character's generic Spell DC. As a 1st level Rogue, the class is not proficient in spells until 3rd level if it takes Arcane Trickster. Is it possible the prof. bonus doesn't get applied because of that?

Hover your mouse pointer over the DC. It will tell you what class it is from.
But yes, assuming it is the High-Elf racial Cantrip, it should be using Int as its spellcasting ability.

It says it is from Rogue. My question is, is this a mistake or the way the rules say to add it up somewhere? I can't find anything addressing this? It is not adding my proficiency bonus. But since I'm a High-Elf, shouldn't it add the prof. bonus too?

"It says it is from Rogue." That is probably the problem right there, since Rogues aren't a spellcasting class (at least not until they are an Arcane Trickster.)
I do know that if you had picked a cantrip with a DC it would have shown the DC correctly under that spell (the sheet is very good at tracking where you got a spell from and assigning the DC correctly.) But Prestidigitation doesn't have a DC tied to it, so ???

Okay, changing the cantrips, it does see to add the proficiency bonus. Acid splash has a DC of 12. Fire bolt has a +4 to hit. So maybe the calculation up top is in error because it doesn't take into account the racial feat. @BadEye

Or maybe "Rogue" as a default uses Charisma as a base stat? (Or something else that you have a 10 in?)
A way to test this is to raise your Int and Chr separately and see which one causes your DC to go up.

They're both the same, so on your hypothesis, whichever one it is using, it is still missing the prof. bonus.
Okay, I played around with it a bit, and it isn't the Proficiency bonus that is missing, it is the stat bonus.
Give your Rogue strait 20s, and the DC wont change, but level them up to a 5th level thief, and the DC will go up by 1 (because that is when proficiency goes up.)
Again, I think this is because Rogue isn't a spell casting class, so it doesn't have an ability score tied to its spell casting.

Very interesting. So that brings it back to the question, what should it be? Is the coding in error? I'm guessing it is since the individual spell listing does have them both added. Thanks for your insight. I think we just need @BadEye to chime in now.
