I'd really like to see a check box by the HP section of your character sheet for concentration. When you're concentrating on something and you go to take damage, it being there reminds you that you're concentrating and need to roll a concentration check.
To riff off this, I'd love a system for when you cast a spell with concentration, it puts a symbol or overlay or something in a highly visible area of the character sheet to remind you that you're concentrating on a spell (and what that spell is), and for it to notify you when you try to cast another concentration spell that you already have one going, and would you like to end concentration?

If I recall, I believe tactual plan is to put the Concentration tracker on the planned “DM’s Dashboard” for them to keep track of. They are planning to develop what is now the Combat Tracker into a full dashboard for DMs to use when running their entire session, as opposed to only being useful in combat. Either that or the Dashboard would include the Combat Tracker. (I can’t remember the specifics of that plan off the top of my head at this point since I read all of that months & months ago. Either way, unless the plan has changed since then, that was the most recently discussed plan that I am aware of.)
A way to turn off the spells and items like “arcane hand” or “apparatus of the crab”. I know the correct versions can’t be in the basic rules, but please make it so we can turn it off.

All hail the great and mighty platypus.
Resisting is simply standing in front of the tide and pushing at it. Even if you endure at first, you will eventually break down. Adapting, by contrast, is turning into a fish.

Personally, I would love the ability to organize my characters into folders. I often have 5 or six builds that are all related and being able to categories them as such would be amazing,
Yes, that’s a good idea

1. Ability to make homebrew non-magical equipment. Currently the only way to do this is to create a homebrew magic item that is not magical and have to have the cost in the name.
2. Custom races and sub-races.
3. Custom classes.-
Custom races and subraces are already possible.

are you aware that you can add custom skills to the character sheet already?
I don't want to have to manhandle every skill with every player like that. I also can't have detail of each skill available for them when they make their character without going outside of dndbeyond. Seems kind of self evident as to why I'd want to homebrew skills.

Not everyone knows those on sheet customizations exist, which is why I asked. If I sounded curt, I apologize: I was on mobile and typing on mobile is sometimes a pain, so I tend to keep my responses short. I can see why you would like homebrew skills, and I hope DDB gets to them eventually for your sake and those of others who would like them.
No slight taken. I just got done answering this same statement from someone else on another thread and I cut and paste instead of typing it all out again. Didn't mean to infer that you were being abrupt towards me or dismissive.
Sweet Bahamut, this tool needs to be able to handle dynamic de/buffs. it's a great housekeeping tool, but when you have to manually handle buffs it kinda sorta ruins the point. I know it's in the works, but the longer it takes to get implemented the harder it will be to implement as more and more spells are added.
Have the ability to multiclass into other classes above level 20 - up to level 20 in each class. (Probably as a toggle in the home of the character builder as opposed to as standard)
At least SOME free Artificer. I understand locking subclasses behind having to buy their sources, but this is an ENTIRE CLASS. Just a bit of free Artificer, PLEASE.

If it isn't in the SRD, then it's out of the Dev's hands here. You'd need to take that up with WotC, not the folks here at DnD Beyond.

2. For when you roll a weapon/spell it will show both if it hits and the damage
3. For when a DM hits you for it to take of the appropriate amount of HP
4. The ability to create homebrew non-magical equipment
You should look into Avrae, it actually does those 1st 3 things already
